nobody has ever lost money when they "invested"[1] in bitcoin. the only people who lose money are those who tried "day trading" while not knowing how trading or bitcoin market works and still wanted to make money doing something they were not familiar with.

[1] an investment means you find an asset and find a good entry point which is anywhere but the peak of its bubble. then you buy it and hold it for long term. this for example means buying when price was $2000 in 2017. or between $3k and $6k this year.

Yes, I have lost money investing in Bitcoin but that has served me as learning for future investments, I think that without these previous failures I would not have been able to acquire the necessary experience. It is part of the trading path.

Of course i did before when I was new at crypto community and in bitcoin. Lose the money when I bought btc and suddenly dump then I panic sell and had deficit profit. But things are different now, I have learned so much now, being a panic seller doesn't help you to earn. There is a thing called, "HOLD" and "PATIENCE" to regain our losses and to still earn while waiting.

Just because we lose our money before in wrong timing of buying btc, doesn't mean we will not buy bitcoin again. Our mistakes before is our lesson now. Buy more bitcoin, get more profits. That's it.

Did any one of you lose money buying Bitcoin?

If yes, Did you again reinvest in Bitcoin after losing?

If yes, What need you reinvest your money on Bitcoin?

Yes I lost money and that was when Bitcoin was hitting all-time high I thought it's going to push through but I was wrong, but it's a lesson learned even if the condition seems favorable only invest what you can afford to lose.

I still not give up investing in Bitcoin I came back invest again because the potential is all here.

If yes, What need you reinvest your money on Bitcoin?

Yes, I have lost my money in buying bitcoin, but I am trying to recover since the last years, and now, I think I can recover it by slowly. Well, it's not a problem for me because I can try to recover the loss. I am sure that soon when bitcoin price is increased, the loss will be recovered in one-time trade because the profit will be bigger.

Yes, I reinvest in bitcoin after I was losing but I choose to make more than 3 order buy so I can get bitcoin at a low price. And by that, I can try to sell some of bitcoin when the price increase. Maybe that is a scalping trade, and I think that is works for me and I still do that until now. I used the money that I have before to reinvest in bitcoin, but I always search a low price and wait for a while. I cannot still get a low price, but that will be fine because the rate will be increased in the next days so I can sell it to make a profit.

There are and that many, not only me. If you follow development of bitcoin since 2017, surely you have seen a lot losses after end 2017 especially throughout 2018. But look, there are still many members here who still survive and continue to invest, even more and more every month. It's just that it's been littered by scammers now.

If you failed before, then try again but with higher knowledge. Failure is an experience to get better in future, so you only need to learn from previous failures and try again better.

Losing is very normal in crypto investment so it should not block us from attaining success in crypto. I have lose a lot in crypto but i still keep fighting and now i prefer to invest more on bitcoin because it has the highest market value and if i hold it even more, it will give me the biggest profit i desire. Do not be easily discourage if we lose in crypto because this is not really an all profit investment so we should know how to balance and set limits on our own expectations.

Haha well, investment and trade in crypto are almost same as gambling, where we will always feel addict to continue to bet. I know investing is not gambling, but it feels like gambling because investing has big challenges, which makes us always curious to try it. I am happy when my curiosity is big, at that time I tried to study harder to solve bitcoin analysis and it was like an exciting puzzle.

If you lose, just buy again and hold for long term Cheesy.

If you believe in bitcoin, you'll probably reinvest. Not everyone might experience losing but losing is a part of life. In that way you'll learn and grow. Especially in crypto, there's always a high possibility of losing. It's always a risk. But you don't just stop when you lose. How will you earn it back, or even more if you will give up on bitcoin?

If yes, What need you reinvest your money on Bitcoin?

I lost money after buying cheap coins like BCD, ACT, and Abyss. Yes, I then decided to re-invest in Bitcoin. Bitcoin dominates the market and I see the price is rapidly changing. It's time to regain profit and I think, I prefer to buy Bitcoin.

Do not give up the because if you lose, one time you will definitely feel the victory again.

Ever thought about other Alts, but more popular ones, eg Top 20 ones? Maybe try to diversify a bit, there's big gains there too.

If you have still guts and trust against Bitcoin, I have to say that would be the best and great idea. But have to think about it now and consider those times that you have lost your first investment will not happen again. Yet to consider finding a new strategy that could help you out from making the same mistakes cause that will also be still losing at your ends. You have to be careful this time and let have things to change.

In my own, I think that is yes. Well reinvesting after losing is a good idea. That's life,You cannot win all the time you need to try and try until you succeed. So how can you win if you won't try again? You need to reinvest until you achieve success. All you need to do it to have faith in your investment that you can really earn big.

Hi Dear, hope trust all is well! Its a common issue to be a looser in this trading and happened same issue with lots of investors in my surroundings. i think it can be easily as you are doing for the business purpose that's why can be lose or profit.

my suggestion is first of all you have to gather wide range of knowledge on this trading. otherwise you have risk again to be looser. So, try to learn about Bitcoin market trading procedure.

Let's try again and hope for the best for your success !!

I have. I have lost money buying bitcoin simply because the market went against me.
But yeah, I didn't lose hope and reinvested for I know that at some point I will recover my investment and I did.
You only lose your money if you sell but if you reinvest then you recover  Grin

What do you mean cut loss and place an order at a lower price?
I never did that because it would make a profit reduced
I myself usually if the price drops too far then I will make an order at a lower price

Yes, I've lost money on some trades. Specifically, a few buy offers at the end of 2017, at around $15,000. Yes, technically right now I've lost the trade. But does it matter? Not really. Why? Because I'm bullish on Bitcoin. I think it could go far above $15,000 so while I'd prefer at buying at lower prices, I'm completely fine with it. I'm positive that it would be a winning trade in the future anyway.

Opening post is quite confusing, but from what I understood it is a good decision to reinvest on bitcoin. I believe when he came to the cryptocurrency network for the first time, he might have got trapped by scammers and his funds got lost. Most of the people on encountering such a bad experience will spread negative about bitcoin. Here, he is so sure about the growth of bitcoin which has made him reinvest on bitcoin after some time period. During that time he could've trained himself to stay secure.

Yes, I did but not that huge that can make me crippled for a long time. When we are involved with anything that can be categorized as an "investment" there is a risk of making mistakes but the most important thing is to learn and never to do it again and again. I realized that Bitcoin is one I can rely on for the long haul (though some may laugh at this idea) so I decided to get back to it and invest some more money. I see its good future ahead and I am staking a part of my financial future with it.
