I did my research. I interviewed many spammers here.  They provided their application texts for my investigation.

It turned out that LoyceV reviews and approves only the most tearful and emotional applications. If the application is not tearful and emotional enough, then Loysev rejects it, that is, ignores it

In short: if there is not enough self-deprecation in the application, then you will not be added to the white lists

If I'm not wrong then LoyceV never asked anyone to beg him to get whitelisted on the forum. Do you have any proofs that he asked someone to beg before him to get whitelisted? It's not an easy job to white list so many members and LoyceV is also a human and that's why he can't whitelist hundreds of accounts a day.

Those who know code and programming can't be stopped by that evil fees because if they're already technically good then they can use find a way to register their accounts anyway. However, the ones who aren't technocrats and who want to learn about Bitcoin can send whitelisting request to LoyceV and if their requests are convincing then he will white list them without any discrimination.

Coders and programmers don't know how to write tearful letters. This is the lot of humanitarians and poets. For this reason, it is not techies who end up on the white lists, but some mediocrities who do not understand code and Bitcoin (but these mediocrities know how to tearfully beg and humiliate themselves in front of LoyceV)

Even if LoyceV considers everyone to be spammers. What right does he have not to inform applicants that their application has been rejected?

I get the impression that it doesn't perform the assigned functions. Even if he is a volunteer, he must perform his assigned functions conscientiously.

Because without sending back responses to applicants stating that their applications were rejected, LoyceV may simply be shirking and not even fulfilling his duties. It's impossible to check how well LoyceV performed his functions

But if LoyceV will respond to every letter and reports that "the your application for adding to the whitelists" was rejected, then this will be the best evidence that he really performs the functions assigned to himself

I asked some spammers on the forum and they shared some interesting information with me.

One spammer who never used a proxy and logging-in from the same IP address complained that he was never adding to the whitelists. At first sight, this proves that LoyceV does the job well . But by what methods? And I will answer to you: By the cost of users privacy! This makes it clear to everyone that LoyceV has access to IP addresses

Another more experienced spammer who used different proxies for each of his accounts told me that all his proxybanned accounts were added to whitelists and then unbanned

Draw your own conclusions, gentlemen. LoyceV has access to IP-addresses

Is this a cryptopunks forum? Forum of technies and crypto-enthusiasts? We all exist here thanks to the Bitcoin code.

Not giving a fuck to an extent is a trait I feel everybody should have. There are things people should give a fuck about, but it's certainly not something like what you accuse him of.
The aim is to reduce spammers are much as possible, you don't possibly think that's an easy task.

As he already said, the system is not perfect, but it's better. If he and other staff who have the power to whitelist have whitelisted a few spammers without knowing, best believe they have also rejected a few genuine people without knowing.

Name at least one service that supports such microscopic microtransactions the size of that "evil fees"?

It should to remove LoyceV - and bring back Grin MimbleWimble (or implement something similar)

So they should pay the evil fee to remove the restrictions on an alt account only to complain about not being whitelisted when they requested and not getting a rejection email?
That seems like a whole lot of trouble for very little reward.

What nonsense are you talking about? These screenshots should be posted here by those who suffered from your actions. Applicants write to you from their emails, risking their privacy, and you stupidly ignore them

No explicit rules were mentioned besides trying to make sure the users whitelisted are not ban evaders. And most users keep sending emails after a rejection mail has been sent to them, so I can understand LoyceV's position here.

You're free to make a thread and other users are proxybanned users are free to reach out to other users and complain here. But that wouldn't make the process more efficient.

Can you provide me with a screenshot of the emails you are referring to? I will review it. the last email I received was on January 11, and since the beginning of this year I have only received 3 emails.

In the past, I approved some accounts that were rejected by @LoyceV, so if you contacted @LoyceV, SFR10, Welsh, and Upgrade00 and they were all rejected, then the problem must be related to you.

In general, I have no objection to creating a topic about anyone whose request to be included in the whitelist was rejected for no reason. Just make it a non self-moderated topic.
