Often font changes can be due to replacement fonts being used by pdfs readers...just sayin'

Under the 'Intellectual Properties' on page 32 of the 'Confidential Business Plan'.

Could you please clarify this statement:

"Once an individual has reached a threshold (Around $5,000) they will be eligible for the franchise program, which will work as a hybrid of a hard-money lender as well as end-use investor for properties these franchisees are able to locate or acquire."

In addition , we're only paying on HL migrated shares, right now investors have only claimed ~26k on havelock, so the div per share is going to be pretty good.

Friday around noon is when the IPO shares will be available. People will be able to buy shares, but selling will be locked until this next round of IPO shares are sol.d

I am not sure how we're going to progress on direct shares. They're extremely difficult in terms of time/effort to manage, most of our large investors are migrating or have migrated their shares to havelock already. We could keep the shares as direct, and likely pay dividends out on them, but wouldn't do internal trading anymore.

I am unsure how migration will work at this time. Right now the best option will be migration to havelock.

Ciphertrade looks to be maybe 1 month away at this time.

You will need to use the SAME bitfunder email address to sign up to havelock. If this needs changed please email me ASAP.

Dividends will be paid today.

Total of .47btc being paid out with 64.5% being paid directly to investors (As per the new contract revision, I collect 35.5% NET income per property for the first 6 months).

This represents roughly 5.5% APY on investment. This is only the payment for Logan street, if we get mill rented out it will roll over to the next month where we could potentially have a double-payment.
