I think this start-up is one of the most promising in 2018. I myself often faced with problems of renting and very much hope that he will at least somehow ease them!
If their platform offers benefits and people find out about it this could turn into a huge snowball of success. There are a lot of problems with renting that are waiting to be solved!
I am also all for it. It is not that easy though as there are a lot of things you can't manage with the help of a smart contract. Excited to see how they account for all those problems in their system.
I wouldn't expect too much from the very first version they publish. It will require a lot of time until the user base is strong enough to really assess whether it is a successful application or not.

already withdraw my tokens from cryptonomos, if you wanna too guys, you need sent there 0.005 eth for transaction pay, so for now just need to wait for exchanges except etherdelta and forkdelta, which are already available

With this it is proved again that investing in ICO's these days is not profitable as soon as it comes to exchange, investors/bounty hounters are trying to liquidate what they have got as bonus/bounty. its better to buy once it come to market when price is down.
