Rentberry is very helpful to homeowners who are renting for the long term. This is a change from the usual, aging process, because this part of the industry has not yet been revolutionized; there are many flaws and problems that rentberry will be able to respond effectively.

So is the rent going to be collected in cryptocurrency? This would have many pros and cons. Definitely, a challenge to overcome.

They're going to accept both fiat and BERRY, which is a brilliant move unless you think that the world will be ready for crypto only payments in 2019 (imo unlikely)

Not even in the next 5 years! We've got a looooooooooong way to go and most blockchain project that don't support fiat or at least in app conversions are not going far!
Nah, big things just happened this year.
This year is the biggest year for now (from $160 billion to $500 billion crypto market cap)
Who knows if in 2018 will be 2 times bigger or 3 times bigger.
That means a lot of news, and more people will come.

I do expect the market to climb up to astronomical heights in 2018.
IF you believe all the gospels then it would be a multitrillion dollar market by end 2018.
This could very well be if you have a look at this year .

The biggest company in the world didnt hit a trillion $ marketcap yet. Crypto is not a company or buseniss, but I would be suprised if the marketcap would pass them easily. It would be huge news and more fomo if we can say Bitcoin marketcap just passed Google marketcap (about 700b)

This, 700b is just around the corner IMHO. As 2017 was the biggest year for crypto, 2018 will be even bigger, then 2019 will again beat that.

I think rentberry can be a successful business, if they manage to incentivize enough crowds to use their service. Which means they can not be greedy, but generous instead.

I wonder how they can be generous? They only provide a service that makes the contact of the tenant and landlord more convenient and simple. Rental prices are determined by the landlord. Rentberry can only make their services as convenient and simple as possible to attract more customers. So that the quality of services Rentberry far exceeded the costs of customers for the use of these services.

There's definitely ways they can incentivise customers to join their platform. They could for example have referral programs, have bonuses for agencies that bring their business to their platforms and list more than 5 ads a month/week. Have campaigns, where new signed up customers get enough tokens to list an ad for a month, these could be locked in their newly registered account for only that purpose.  So when someone needs to rent a property some time in the future, they have necessary coins on their account for listing.

They have some clients on their platform? Or when platform will start working? I mean firsts clients?

They already have a working website, basically a platform which allows to search for properties, but if you mean blockchain features like smart contracts, payment with berry token, etc. etc. I believe it's gonna be introduced gradually in 2018 and 2019. The first thing they're planning to do is to release iOS and Android apps.

If it's true, that would be a nice offer from them. But, will such strategy help to spread the project awareness?

An Airdrop with free tokens can definitely boost the awareness for a short time period but I still think most of the newly attracted users will just dump their free tokens and then move on.

Almost all of airdrop tokens are taken for granted by recipients that they dumped it immediately and felt sorry later when price of that particular token goes up. Hodl! Smiley

there are no guarantee for burning token will increase coin value.
some ICO that burn unsold token still has low value than ICO price.
i think, holding will increase the token value. by locked bounty hunter token, they can't dumped into low price and token still can increase in low supply.

Well, real-estate projects like these need time. Something, where Rentberry is ahead of the competition, is that it has already a working business with 120k users and 220k properties.

This really is going to be a huge project. So investors for this project shouldn't be impatient and should be in for a long haul. But I think it will be all worth it in the end.

Well, that's the problem nowadays. A lot of people are only interested in the fast money. And as soon as the project gets delayed a bit, they lose hope in it.

But there are already bunch of people in crypto that have tried to get rich quick and got burned and want more stable solutions that are based on the real world rather then speculation. It's just a matter of finding them to invest.

Our goal is to educate users from their first day. There will have various programs like token promotions, free tokens to new users, bonuses for specific actions, etc...thus we’ll be able to drive adoption of BERRY tokens.

This is not surprising, as stated in the previous post, Rentberry community is growing every day, potential investors decide to invest in this wonderful project because they see in it perspective!
