For anyone reading this and still thinking that you should continue doing business with CloudBet, visit this website: CloudBetScam.com
You will find tons of cases like mine, and this WILL happen to you sooner or later. Take your money if you still can, and run.

Thanks for warning other people and thanks for sharing the truth about the incident that you had with CloudBet.
We mentioned before they contacted us (through our offerwall) asking to promote their site, and we refused to do so because of all the complaints users hold against them.

youngamericandream - I've been responding on our meta thread but only just saw this one, apologies for the slow response.

Our teams have investigated your activity and the use of VPN to bypass our territory restrictions was proven.

If you can provide our teams with the relevant documents to prove residence in a non-restricted territory then we can get this resolved quickly.

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Well "Ronnie"? Where do I send the docs?

Hello all,

Unfortunately I seem to be yet another target of the cloudbet scam.
Here is what happened:

Avoid cloud bet at all cost. They owe me 35 bitcoins (from the time when bitcoin was trading at $13500/coin).  I am a high-roller who follows Betting resource.com's 10 unit picks. They recommend only to play at betcris and pinnacle but the limits there are low and decided to jump in on cloudbet since they offered the 5 bitcoin bonus plus high limits. I deposited 20 bitcoins and I received 5 bonus bitcoins. All was good. Limits were ridiculously high and and I was very happy following the tips. Long story short, I ran up my account to 60 units total in few months and problems arose when I requested the first withdrawal for 25 units. It staid pending for days without explanation. When i contacted them, they kept giving excuse of internal reviews and investigations. Then they asked so many documents, some were ridiculous requests and i complied with everything they asked. By this point i was suspicious and stopped betting with them. Their review/investigation last 2 months and finally they completed the investigation and concluded that my "betting pattern" is against their terms and conditions. I asked them which and they failed to explain further. They told me that my account has been closed and gave me option to withdraw my 20 bitcoin deposited and gave my 48 hour ultimatum and if I don't accept the offer, I get nothing. I had no choice but to accept the offer. At the time i deposited the 20 bitcoins, it was trading around 13.5k/coin. When i received the 20 bitcoins, bitcoin was worth about $8000. Not only did I lose my winnings and bonus but I also lost a lot of value on my deposit.

To date they haven't given me explanation on how I broke the terms and conditions. i did not have any betting pattern. all i did was follow my tipster and flat bet 4 bit coins on each tip. All bets for same amount. There is nothing in their terms and conditions that states this type of betting is disallowed.

This book is very bad. I guess many people don't know since they are losing gamblers but if you are a big winner, they will show their real colors.

Sorry to hear that. Do you have a thread on here with your experience? I'll add it to the list.

Ronnie,

Per Lilly residency was never a determining factor. Andy acknowledged Lilly made a mistake on telegram. If it was a mistake cloudbet is fully responsible for her supposed mistake. Lilly told the player he could bet and be paid and then proceeded to book the bet. Once cloudbet booked the bet they became fully responsible for paying the player his winnings. The bet was not voided until the match was over and it was determined it was a win.

Don’t treat me like a idiot Ronnie. There is no way in HELL cloudbet would have returned the players bitcoin if the last bet lost. I’m not that stupid.

As they say on ESPN

“C’MON MAN”

He just said if I can prove residency, he'll take care of the situation quickly. Let's see if he can deliver on his promises, I have my Russian documents ready to send for verification. I doubt it tho.

I offered to provide proof of residence weeks ago. Where do I send it to get this resolved?

Tho, with bitcasino.io i still have 3.8 btc for a couple of years but i used an email just for receiving not for sending so they decided it's against their tos. I tried everything when btc was booming but i will let it go for now.
The publicly proven Bitcasino scam is an illegal and criminal operation with anonymous accounts!

Do you think they have the right to embezzle your 3.8 BTC because you used an email just for receiving? Cheesy

no, but it's long gone, i lost my faith. when i was doing the withdraw i was getting a message like: processing and after that nothing.

Tho even last year I lost gambling 2 btc in february/april on their app and never got any kind of bonuses

In your place I would work to find out what they eat, where they live and so on. This is irellevant, press articles won't help. Better buy 2-3 domains and hire some good seo in google to have the first results on google when you search cloudbet: scam scam scam.

Sorry if I am irellevant, 6 am here. Also living in Europe. Tty tomorrow, waiting for good news

And if they threatened you what they can do? Huh? Do you think you can be arrested over night? Do you think curacao police will take a flight just to ask your opinion on the matter?

lol, be chill, play your game. Better, find out everything you can about them before they might dissapear.

Appreciate the advice, but do I look at all worried? I will continue documenting everything. Currently working with 2 publications to get press releases out as well. I don't really care about the 1.7 btc. Its the principle that bothers me.

just sent you my telegram, btw try to update constantly the op

Updating everything as I have time. Did you have a negative experience with scambets as well? Do tell

More or less, but I solved mine by talking and not making threats. Just showing a legal complaint solved it.

I see. These people have threatened me with police, so I'd say "legal" complaint is out the window with these scumbags. They're definitely hurting, for one reason or another.

@ youngamericandream

I think it is more effective to put your energy and effort holding Fraudbet liable towards the already existing article https://game-protect.com/cloudbet-scam/ that uses the key words "cloudbet scam". I will add your text to this article.

However, if you wish to create your website cloudbetscam.com, can you please forward victims to https://game-protect/com/support-ticket/ ?

Because we enforce Cloudbet claims effectively.

Added and I will look at your website and procedures more closely when I'm back from my vacation.

Thank You

Young American Games site is crap. It’s nothing but him promoting affiliates. Stay away.
I do not want to disturb incompetent clowns, but here is what SBR has to say:

Quote
Game Protect are the experts in this area.

If they say you will need to obtain proper legal help, then you should follow their advice.

SBR is a USA-centric service and these sort of claims for your money back if you can get back in to a book, when you would also be here demanding winnings if they tried to deny paying you based on your account closure request, are not compatible with SBR's view of fair industry practice.

Game Protect or some other UK-centric ODR service more in tune with this idea is your best bet.

The operator is known, why not enforce claims through legal action?

That's the plan. I'm not in the position to do it right this moment as I'm on vacation, but we'll get around to it.
You can initiate online from any place in the world.
