They asked me to send them the verification documents which i then sent them and since then my account hasn't been verified, all they say is that the player security team is looking into the matter but it is never solved, my whole crypto balance is stuck their which i cant use which frustates me because im dealing with real life consequences.

I have 10k frozen in my account.

     -     I have read many similar to what happened to you mate, almost like that after they sent their documents they still didn't get what was supposed to be theirs. When that happens, you will be really stressed, especially since you expect a large amount of funds to be released from their platform.

But maybe the only thing you can do right now is to wait and be mean in sending a message to their customer suppport because if you stop you will still lose in the end

you have been told that they need sometime  , or they cannot promise specific time so why not give them some time? because if you truly not violate any of their rules then your funds will be yours in the coming days.
and also cloudbet has this same issue back in the days but it is always resolved .
so try to have some patience since there are even longer cases in other casino that took more than weeks before being taken into resolve.

I was wondering if your gambling account was created recently. Or has it been a long time but you have never used it for gambling and there has never been any deposit in your gambling account?

If that's all true, then it's only natural that the casino will ask you to verify everything before giving you that verification. Usually, the verification varies from one casino to another. It depends on the number of queues at the verification section so the team needs to ensure by checking in more detail. And if your account is new and you deposit $10k, it will ring the alarm from the casino so they ask you to do KYC. So be patient first, waiting for the check to finish.

OP, I know how it feels for one to have his 10k stuck somewhere that you can't walk up to the place and talk to them in face to face to have a relief in the situation. You should be a bit patient with them as the customer care said and I think that after the verification is done, you will have your account unlock. Next time don't rush into depositing into any platform if you haven't complete their verification to avoid this same scenario. It is not to deposit that gives you access to the gambling site but your verification will give you full access to enjoy the platform.

I know someone who has a problem also in cloudbet which he's trying to withdraw money but they froze it. he submitted all his documents for KYC verification but after a month of waiting for update the account has been blocked without being able to access it.
I think they're taking the security of users account seriously as a precautionary measure against fraud. But don't worry once they verified it they will expedite your withdrawal process.

They should at least inform the reason for blocking the players so they can defend it and provide necessary documents to prove it.
Still the best solution here is to communicate with Cloudbet, if they still have no update then try to escalate this on their social media platform.
Too sad to experience this where you gamble on a KYC free site and yet, they will still ask you with this one if you are already winning and wants to get your money.

No God or Kings, only BITCOIN.
Wow that's suck tbh, you just deposited 10k on them and they ask you for verification? Was this your first time? Well, they are legit and some or I should say most of gambling platform customer service aren't that great so you should deal with that and you totally need to wait nothing more. Just keep bothering by messaging them everyday I guess if you need that money badly.

For now maybe try to wait for more days but ask for updates regarding on your case since maybe it takes time for them to verify your case that's why you experience this delays. If you see them actively answering your inquiries regarding on your case then maybe all is fine. But if you see them ignoring you and 2 weeks it already take 2 weeks or more maybe its best to post a scam accusation thread and call them out about your issue.

I dont want to scare you but you should be ready to wait much longer than one week for security team checking.
Cloudbet is not typical scam casino but I know many examples of people being asked for verification that resulted in frozen accounts during security check.
Now they can examine history of all your sent transactions to look if there is anything suspicious.

First off, let me just start this with an "I told you so". It's been established since time immemorial that you shouldn't use gambling site accounts as a repository for your funds, even if you're a high roller. Secondly, why would you not read the instructions/terms before logging in? It's been established that you'd have to undergo some form of KYC first and foremost before you deposit anything just to make sure that your funds won't get locked out.

Best thing to do right now is to actually just wait for them to resolve your issue, not sure if they have a dedicated thread in this forum that you can go to to make them aware of your issue, but for now, remember the above pointers and never gamble belligerently again.

just curious, is this the only conversation you've had with their support?

it's not the first time I've seen a casino take more than a week to verify KYC, sometimes it can even take a month before they respond or solve the issue. not sure what going on in your real life but I'd suggest lengthening your patience.

as Oshosondy has said, Cloudbet's Forum representative isn't active in the forum but I've sent them a PM anyway just in case.

Thanks you so much.

What are the terms you were given to meet up with, are you sure you're not missing out any other requirements needed from what you were asked to give? also what are the response you received from the team from the documents submitted, how long have you been waiting and whe did they give to get back to you, the best thing to do is to completely comply with them or you risk your account being disabled for life.

Well, if you already reached their customer care and they replied and told you to be patient, I think you don't have much of an option other than to be patient and wait until you get verified, posting about this issue on the forum here wont make any different since cloudbet official representative on this forum stopped coming online since January this year , so there is clearly no one on this forum to help, if it had been time when the cloudbet and their team were active here, maybe they would have helped resolve your issue,

Right now, what I think you can do is, maybe search for them on twitter, try to see if they have a group chat on telegram, if you are lucky to find a chat, maybe they can help accelerate the verification process, outside of this, there is nothing you can other than to be patient.

They seem to have abandoned their accounts here in bitcointalk, or currently does not have any representative present to help you with your case. Keep bugging the hell out of them in their customer support emails with followups, and hopefully they return your request or even update you with what's happening. They've not scammed people before albeit the neutral feedback on their profile, though if I were you, I would really feel worried about that funds stuck on a platform that is not visible nor active here in this forum.

Gamble responsibly
The best that you can do as a gambler is to get your account verified before you deposit anything at all. Many people have this issue of verification after they deposit money.

I do not always tell people about Cloudbet because they do not have active official account on this forum.

Keep messaging their customers care.

I have seen issues like this before that were later solved.

You can send PM to their account on this forum: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/cloudbet-154563
Official thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.3578010
People always have similar complaint: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=154563
