It's good that they choose to address and resolve this issue unlike the other casinos out there that seem to not care about their reputation in this forum. It definitely is rare because some of them are really bitter that someone has won a lot of money from the house and you don't want to mess with a bitter house.

They just didnt bother the 50$. I mean, they were right not letting him withdraw, its clearly written in the terms. The only not cool thing they did was making it a bonus which has to be cleared by accumulating rake.

Yes it's true, some will only get the amount they deposit after winning a decent amount and the amount he won are not paid to the winner which happen in some thread I came across but this one is different as stated in the original post where op did won using only the free roll and then got the winnings withdraw from them.

Probably if you are here in the forum or this section for years or months, you will be witnessed different threads created that against this gambling site, Nitrogensports. All I can say on this gambling site was working did not fair to their user, I prefer to look a new and have a reputation one than this.
It is full of bad and negative complaints towards them which is I think they are selectively freezing fund of users that they think did not follow their TOS, that has an advantage to them. Sorry for your loss, just try contacting them, and probably there will be a chance if you are lucky enough.

To be honest I have seen external sites, other gambling site applications using the name NitrogenSports, for the purpose of cheating.

I don't blame you or NitrogenSports for your current case.

They have a history of troubling gamblers and that is why nitrogen is not as popular as it used to be when I first came into the crypto gambling market.

It is a very complicated case because Nitrogen wants to make sure that freeroll players make a deposit but if that's the case they should have made that clear within the promo details.

I mean he hasn't won something like 1 BTC either. According to me, the best solution would have been to pay the player but make a strong reply that next time onwards free roll players will have to make a deposit before they are allowed to withdraw. After he has won and them asking him to deppsit just makes me feel super weird.
