I think we need to start in our self. We need self discipline to the every action and in every words that we say. We need to start in ourselves. And I am.also think that there are some organization will conduct an seminar even they produce a some video to educate all people here in crypto world to act like a businessman and to avoid some unproffessionalism.

I agree. However, you are missing something here. A big portion of human beings are negative minded who love spreading negativity through trolling, scamming, hacking etc which is why not everyone can equally respect each other due to differing view points.

Such people must understand that positivity always trumps negativity in the long run.
You will never get rid of scammers. That's how it work in real life and everything work the same way online.
In the internet people are willing to get a free speech but free speech is first of all a right to insult someone. Because expressing statements like "the sky is blue" got no risk of being arrested. That is why people are free to write some bullshit in the internet and there is nothing bad here.

At the early stage of Bitcoin it was a marginal and unpopular currency. The community was small and consisted mostly of enthusiasts, that believe know pretty much about technical side of blockchain. So the community was small and homogeneous. But later, we've got many new people and most of them only came to get some fast and easy money. They know nothing about tech features of blockchain, they are coming from different social classes and probably are less educated than the first community.
The growing amount of users allowed to make more of such micro-communities that sometimes are not that friendly for the other people that are also sometimes retarded.

this happens most time when we think our opinion must overshadow others opinion.
people's opinion is not actually expected to be a noise or disturbance to others.
more so, others can also influence such attitude by standing for whichever crypto the hope for, it is not a competition.everyone must be able to defend his or her territory without troubling the society.such should be discouraged

How can we move on from here and make this a better place?

You make any website that includes crypto project a better place. There are really some people who just want to give FUD among other users from a certain site. Every project has its won believers that will go so some extent just to make their project looks better than the other one. It's better to stay away from those people who are fighting on which project is better.

We can't do anything about that because there are still lots of crypto supporters who lack knowledge and information about the importance and functions of different coins that we have in the market. They support yet they disrespect which is affecting the cryptocurrency environment in a negative way. I guess it's better to influence them with positivity rather than debating or fighting against their belief.

I have noticed the high level of disrespect in the entire cryptocurrency ecosystem and this have resulted into full blown war between different projects, just imagin what is the need for bitcoin forking when the original bitcoin is doing great and what are the need for all this altcoins if they perform the same function as bitcoin. What we need it development and not division in the cryptocurrency industry.

How can we move on from here and make this a better place?

I don't think there's anything we can do right now. There are lots of ignorant and poorly-informed "investors" in the cryptocurrency space, thinking that certain alts are better than bitcoin just because they're faster; and sometimes even go to extreme lengths, calling bitcoin "outdated technology".

What can we do? Wait. Wait till most of these useless and scam alts to die out.

GuerrillaBuzz: Top Web3 PR & Marketing Agency
I'm pretty active on Steemit and Reddit and in the last few months, I noticed a lot of disrespect from the crypto community members towards each other. I wonder if it was also in the early stage of the market.
I believe the main reason is the number of different projects in the crypto space.

Everyone claiming the project they support gonna changes the ecosystem, disrespect bitcoin, ethereum, and other projects that are pretty much the foundations of this ecosystem, and talk $@ one to another.
