Responsible gambling in my opinion is relative to how much money you've got and how much you value the money that you've got, if you're the kind of person that doesn't mind losing a lot of money but you've got a lot of money then I don't think that you can ever be responsible and it's true with the opposite, that you're totally responsible with your gambling habits if you value the money that you put into it.
Yeah right, how much money you got and how you taking care of that money, being responsible means that you are using an amount that you really save for your gambling and not to exceed on it, winning is just aplus but more on enjoying and pleasing that lust to play the game, it's not aiming for huge profits as most of the time it really lead you to lose more and push you to become addicted to the game.
Making sure that you can handle that pressure and you are in control to whatever emotions you feel not to allow yourself losing more money.
So I think the better scenario to approach is like this, first don't put any expectations on winning, and secondly stay firm on boundaries and good self-control along with always putting small amounts and limiting involvement, you must understand that gambling always depends on how lucky you are at that time, so it's useless if you do a lot of experiments if in fact you are unlucky then it will only make you suffer a number of losses. All that you can really do when you gamble with a good level of awareness.
