Correction! There is a problem if you have a Friday entered as purchase date... it's still crediting you for the prev week... i'll fix it today...

There are some good deals on shares in the digital goods thread Wink. I am trying out the ROI tool on the ltcgearcal website. This is what I get.

It shows 14% (1.5661BTC) return for the last group I added on Wednesday (10/22). Have we determined if LTCgear pays out the full week if you buy shares midweek? If not, then the ROI tracker is a bit off and everyone should shift their purchase dates to Saturday to avoid overestimating an extra week of payments.

Yep, you get payment for the whole week if you buy before EOD on Thursday...

No need to adjust your purchase date... i built that into the estimates... just enter your actual purchase date, it doesn't matter.... any day up to and including Thur will credit you from the previous Friday Smiley

if i only have 1.01 btc what can i buy

Nothing direct, you'd have to buy small lots from another user... Sukarti is a good guy if you go this route:

https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=22318.0

But there are also tons of other people for you to consider in that same forum as well as on this or other forums....

for my account to go from on-hold to processing...

Did you get your payout 100% right? apparently lots of people aren't including the transaction fees OR overpaying (??) which will make those have to be manually tracked down... doublecheck the blockchain first...

use the contact form on the site, make sure to include your username and use the same email address on the form that your account is in... include the blockchain info if you've confirmed it...

Done all the above ( blockchain shows exact BTC price and 52 confirmations ) so i guess its just a bit more waiting.
Thanks for the pointers though guys.
Never clock-watched this much in my life Wink

The entire, historical thread is here:

https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=6401.0

You can either just keep refreshing the site for in-stock stuff, use the forums (many people are posting when stuff is in stock) or of course you can use this link Smiley to check: https://ltcgearcalc.com/in-stock-at-ltcgear.php

Concerns aside, I have been very happy with LTC Gear. I'm a big fan, heavily invested and I promote them all the time. I am torn between purchasing more shares now with the anniv discount, assuming they will be multiplied by the next multiplication, or saving up and then purchasing when the next product line is released. Can't decide :/

well, i'm gonna try to not buy anything until all my roi-widgets are at 100%... but keep in mind with the Anniv deal...even with 1 multiplication for me... back in Aug it was ROI in 4-5 weeks or so, now it's 7-8 weeks... so it just slows the degradation of their value... this is why i think constant reinvestment is a bad thing...

@organizer are you concerned in anyway about the thread below...

Also, everyone should probably at least read through this thread over at Litecoin Talk, there's a good discussion going on about legit or not:

Essentially some people are saying that if the hashrate is 1,000 GH (approx) for litecoin there is no way all of the LTC Gear miners are actually mining ltc because the numbers wouldn't add up. I have no reason to doubt Chris. I actually like the lack of marketing and useless frills that other companies (GAW) provide. I am however concerned. It is a great deal! Very fast ROI. What do you think?

Ohhh, with anything Crypto since getting burned in preorders I am concerned! But, with this particular point, one of the "old-timers" who was a customer before the anniv. stuff & before I was a customer posted an email exchange that he had with Chris where he asked him if he mined multipools and Chris said he did. Also someone else recently noticed a payout came from a cleverpool (i think) wallet... I always assumed he was mining multipools and not just straight LTC... it might be ambiguous, but before the BTC conversion, we really bought shares that were to be paid in LTC.

I think it's a bit reassuring that payments actually got identified from a multipool... means he's mining at least...

I think prudence is the best approach on anything... not going all-in... it's really funny though how things have changed since August... before that, the thread on Litecoin Talk was so quiet, he had maybe a couple dozen "regulars" that always spoke highly of him but most everyone was paying attention to Fibonacci or FlowerTech...

i'm also curious about the new products that will eventually come out.. he did promise photos or something in that release... but even the mighty GAW is failing to deliver on their promise to have Zenpool consistently be the most profitable... so i'm just saving up right now, will be happy with the payouts i have now for at least a couple months or until the next release comes out... it's hard to resist "topping off" all the time... but i hope everyone's being at least a little cautious..

Too late. You have to switch before the new week begins

I'm pretty sure you get paid what is set at payday, even if you change the coin choice last minute

I haven't switched a lot, but the times I have i've made changes around mid-day on Friday (or Sat when that used to be payday) and never had an issue with the exception of getting some random small payments on the coin i was mining before i switched.

Added this today to the calculator (consider it pre-alpha-alpha version):

Order ROI Tracker
https://ltcgearcalc.com/roi-tracker.php

Track up to six orders and get projected days until you recoup your investment. Please note that these estimates/forecasts are all based on the data from the calculator and actual results will vary. Days to ROI uses the same linear regression + time/series forecasting that is used to project out a full mining week on the calculator.

Since it's pulling from the existing data, expect results to improve over time. For now, i've manually "padded" the days to ROI to likely be over by a few days to be as conservative as possible with expectations.

How to Use

A. Enter purchase date. The tracker will automatically include all days of the mining week. Dates must be after Sept. 19th.
B. Use this field to enter any notes you might want to appear on the results dashboard.
C. Enter purchase price in USD. You are responsible to calculate any additional discounts (BTC payment).
D. Enter appropriate share numbers in either field. Unlike the calculator, you can enter only DualMOD shares here.
E. Choose appropriate coins based on share type(s) here.
