Have you reached out to OP and those affected I think you should only he can close and edit this topic if you resolved all your website issues, OP's last login was 5 days ago I hope he read your post and your message, if ever, it's going to be a long road for you to prove that your platform is ok now and you really mean well you have a bad start here the most important when it comes to casinos is its launching here in Bitcoin.
It could have been easy if only you did the right thing and that is testing your platform before launching.

It's hard to win back trust but you can try, this is a big lesson for those who want to launch a casino to do a lot of testing even if you reach a thousand tests just to make sure that everything will work fine once you launch your platform, only newbies in casino platform will do such a thing hurriedly launching their platform your team was exposed for hurrying to make a profit.

Hopefully this time things will work out fine for your platform, if there is an error again there will be no chance I leave it up to other members to try your platform and leave feedback.

Your work should be convincing to take out the bad feedback in your account.

Maybe he will be lucky and in the next DT1 changes my feedback will disappear, as I see that I am the only one who has tagged him. But today I will not change it because it is still true that I would not deposit a penny on the site, as what happened indicates either scam or that they are bunglers who are running a site without problems to accept deposits but that does not work as it should work, especially to process withdrawals. In both cases anyone who deposits money there has high risk of losing it even if they get positive results in their bets.

Another thing is how they have dealt with the complaints, which in the site's thread were mostly ignored while responding to the welcoming ones.

We are sorry you had such bad experience with us. I'm pretty sure you are a good player and we are sorry we lost you. But if you will give us another chance after we launch a campaign here I'm sure you will have much better experience

Cheers

Please stop mentioning the campaign and start doing your job of fixing everything, you have a very bad start here and it's a long way before gaining the confidence of the community again.

What happened just proved that you did not fully test your platform for bugs and errors and you are newbies in running a casino, this is too bad, let's see your next move if that will be enough to gain the trust of the community.

Your work should be convincing to take out the bad feedback in your account.

I read that one more bitcointalk user was scammed there, so I'm creating a scam accusation.

I want to warn moderators, that this is not classic scam accusation, this is about SHADY casino here. I'll explain later what I mean.

I'm talking about this thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/richycasino-igaming-sports-betting-up-to-20k-deposit-bonus-free-spins-5465617

Let's go step by step.

4th September - the date it was created.

Bitcointalk users discuss how good it is (lorem ipsum talk - i don't know how to describe it). I decided to give it a chance.

5th September - I was scammed

So my message was: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.62799922

Yes, I lost money by myself, but I lost them because of NO WITHDRAWAL in this casino. Let's go further:

8th September - All 1k Promo Codes for Bitcointalk were used in less then 24hours

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.62814206

Whether they were abused or the casino decided to void them. VERY SUSPICIOUS.

12th September - One more user had issue with getting email to withdraw money

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.62830061

Also, casino told that they DON'T HAVE CURACAO LICENSE, so they have not rights to ask for KYC, unless to scam more users.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.62832891

13th September - they changed tactic, from no sending email to doing KYC

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.62838391

14th September - new bitcointalk user scammed, no email as well

9 days - they don't care about fixing the email newsletter.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.62844094

Some of bitcointalk users talking bs about Philippine license, design, domain name - are those reviews fake and bought buy a casino?

Also, this user decided to play their game and completed verification, what's now?
Verification:
Dear user, verification can take up to 7 bank days (but usually it's not longer than 1-2 days) - guys, they have like 10 players, it'll hook 15 mins to verify someone.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.62845467

Withdrawal:
Withdrawal process consists of two stages: internal confirmation of the withdrawal request and the crediting time frames after the transaction has been processed. Internal confirmation is manual and the requests are processed in turn, therefore, it can take from several minutes to several hours (from 10 minutes up to 72 hours)

You should close the topic, as at least 2 bitcointalk users were scammed by this platform. It took them 10 days. And how many will get scammed in future, when they'll win something there?? Shady casino doesn't care about users wellness, right after my issue with email, richy.casino representative create promo-code to all bitcointalk community. He/she knows that casino doesn't have withdrawal opportunities, but their target is to get ours money. That's it.

Hello there
We are sorry you have faced some issues on our platform. As we previously said in the forum, we are working on resolving the issues. We use 3rd party services for some actions (like email notifications for example) - we faced the issue with those users who haven't received confirmation letter, so now we have to change the service provider.

Also about the 1k promocodes: yes, they was used very fast. I believe there was a lot of bonus hunters and multiacc users, so that's why it was so fast. We will provide another promo code after everything is fixed and we will launch a campaign. BTW all of the BTT promotion was postponed because of the issues we faced. After everything is fixed we will launch a campaign here.

Also that does not make any sence for us to scam a few users for several hundred dollars in the moment we just entered the forum xD

Curaçao license: yes, it expired and we hot Phillipino license, so KYC is a normal thing for suspicious activity or so. If you (or anyone else) has 10 accounts we can see that Smiley So the KYC is needed to prevent fraud activity on the platform.

We are sorry you had such bad experience with us. I'm pretty sure you are a good player and we are sorry we lost you. But if you will give us another chance after we launch a campaign here I'm sure you will have much better experience

Cheers

What is not clear to me is how long they have been online. Their AML/KYC policies are from January 2022 and the Richy Casino account from August of the same year, with no post until the OP on 4 September this year, which doesn't explain anything about whether it's a casino they just launched or they've been around for a while and want to promote it on bitcointalk.

Hmmm, I would say early 2022

So the deja-vu deepens  Grin

But it does change a bit my initial thought, maybe they haven't pulled a scam now, they have been doing this for months and we just knew about this since none of the forum members played on until now on their casino.

Oh and just a bit of useless trivia, while diggin' around I've found out there have been a richy fish, a richy fox, a richy leo and a richy farmer casino, all four of them ending in scams.

That's a decent job you did. Hope someone will flag this casino. They are not fixing withdrawals because this is their exit scam - 12 month old review only prova that.

Probably more a we're not able to do it scam than a preplanned exit scam.
Not going to name the deja-vu I'm having right now!

I guess most scams that happen on the internet are preplanned. I don't remember If I have seen a platform run for a long time, and they do exit scam. Oh wait, I saw Betnomi in recent times and chips.gg. But these things are very rare. If a platform has already built a reputation and has run for a couple of years, its management has to think twice before doing such things.

Most of the new platforms do not have management and are run by a single person, and they plan to scam as soon as they reach their target. Bad luck for Richy that they were not able to gain much from Bitcointalk  Wink

I think the same.

Not going to name the deja-vu I'm having right now!

I think we are thinking about the same thing and I mentioned it before.

Even if this were only a somewhat legit casino the whole thing would not make sense, I doubt the deposits they got in this tiny fame they were online are enough to cover for all the work and planning put into it <...>

They are still online and accepting deposits, you can check it yourself:

Just one thing:

Also, casino told that they DON'T HAVE CURACAO LICENSE, so they have not rights to ask for KYC, unless to scam more users.

The gambling license and the KYC are completely unrelated, if we go by the laws then you would have to verify your uses for KYC and AML regulations even if their license is not valid or they don't have one at all, as long as you're a financial institution you're technically forced to do so, just like taxes for example!  Grin

It really is bro and one of the fastest they are doing good until they pull the plug I hope no one got scammed with a big amount we have an early warning posted by other co-members but how about those who are not aware of the warning posted here, this is one example of where we should not easily trust new casino with a big amount.

And for casinos to test their platform for any bugs before launching their casino here, even if they have good intentions here if the platform is full of bugs they can easily lose their reputation, those who lose should make a report on Pagcor so they can penalize the platform.

Kudos to the OP for tracing the bugs.

I don't want to defend the casino, but it sounds stupid the casino launched after 10 days and then commit exit scam.

What sounds stupid is that practically nothing has worked since day one. Well yes, the deposits. But it's not just that withdrawals haven't worked for many days because of alleged technical problems, look at this:

I have checked this platform and tried to sign up using their promo code. During the signup process, I used the BTT200FS promo code, which says promo code not found or something like that. But my sign-up was successful. So, I tried to use the 2nd promo code, but I cannot find where I should enter the promo code. The support button does not work, so I could not contact support. I tried to explore the platform further, and I don't know why, the tournament looks extremely fake, and some wagered to claim the top prize. Either it's their casino's insider or a bot setup that will wager automatically to beat real players.

It has been handled from the beginning in a totally unprofessional way, and probably run only by a couple of people as has been said in the thread.

I mean how big they've earn? I don't believe if there's someone suddenly make deposit that worth for $5,000 for a new casino.

Of course this doesn't looks good, too bad for the casino is giving a bad impression before they starting their journey in this forum, it will be hard for them build trust with the users.

My bet is that things have turned out worse than they planned and that is why they have disappeared from the forum. If they have to come back they will do so with a new brand, as is also said to be the case with Betnomi.

If you look at their ANN thread, it's full of complaints, and I do not see any activity from their representative to fix those issues. The casino seems so shady. I have tried to explore their platform and saw they have contests, and the leaderboard is full of bots. The prize pool is huge, so gamblers may try to win their contest. Unfortunately, they won't be able to win anything.

Even though I suggest not to try new casinos, someone has to try to figure out if it's a scam or legit. So, always make a tiny deposit to check those new platforms.

You got the answer already from another member. They did not ask if you want it. They asked what is the color of your withdrawal status.

It appears that the casino is fraudulent. They asked me to wait for 72 hours before I could withdraw, and after that time had passed, I tried to withdraw, but it was futile. Then, I opened the chat, and they asked, "Do you want it white, green, or red?"

<...>

I believe the casino representative needs to be marked in red so that forum visitors can know that this casino is fraudulent.

I've already done it. Although my DT is very weak, so it might appear intermittently, but the tag will appear in Default Trust at least until the next DT1 changes. On top of this the representative has not logged in for the last three days when there are scam allegations pending and we have not heard from anyone who has been able to withdraw. I've seen that you have also red tagged him but it appears as untrusted feedback as you are not in DT. I recommend that you make a custom trust list or you will never be in DT

It looks like an exit scam.

Maybe, I'm not right about the Phillipine-based license.

So on their footnote, they claim to be partnered with New Wave Infotech Limited.

Quote
richy.casino is operating as a licensed partner number 22-0025/8vhyx of New Wave Infotech Limited, with operating address of 2nd Floor, Executive Villa, Telempire Building, Lot 32 & 33, Waterfront Road, Sub Central Business District, Subic B, Olangapo City, Phillippines. New Wave Infotech Limited is operating as a licensed offshore gaming operator licensed by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) number 22-0025.

I cross-checked this with PAGCOR and found it on their list of offshore gaming licensees, see: https://www.pagcor.ph/regulatory/pdf/offshore/List-of-Approved-Philippine-Offshore-Gaming-Operators.pdf

You can try to contact PAGCOR and get more information. It's not so hard to claim this and that on the internet. But even if everything is true, I don't really expect an offshore license to hold much weight.

in the screenshot you shared, they weren't asking you if you want it white, green or red, they were asking whether your withdrawal status is white, green or red. I am not entirely sure what is the significance of the colors they were asking but it probably has something to do with whether your withdrawal is pending, processing/processed or cancelled.

anyway, they need to fix the issues the gamblers are experiencing. the longer they take fixing the issues the further they ruin their reputation.

Despite the fact that this forum does not moderate scam, i see it as something not good enough having people coming to the forum to scam others, this is not about having a negative review on those found in this as well, it's about the consequences their victims faces each time they were being scammed by others, this platform is one of the most rated community with a high standard of reputation and scam in any form kicked against by the community, however, people should know that they are taking their own risk if they make any transactions with anyone because the forum will not be responsible.
