That confirms it, they are so proud of posting the certificate when it's a fake certificate, thank you for taking the time and going the extra mile just to confirm what many suspects are, this is for the benefit of the community, anyway, they have a very bad start, their withdrawal is not properly configured and the representative was absent for a week already.

This confirm that their license is fake, PAGCOR accredited service providers and licensed casino can only be seen here https://www.pagcor.ph/regulatory/accredited-service-providers.php. Those who claim they are licenced that wasn't include on this list have fake license.

So i'll be wary using this casino until they respond and fix their license.

It's not only about the allegations about the fake license, though! OP  (the user you quoted) already created a scam accusation against them because he couldn't withdraw his money.
Their representative is obviously aware of all of this as he was last active two days ago but he doesn't bother to reply or address any of those concerns. This is a huge red flag (not to mention the red tags he already got on his profile).

Well it seems that they need to answer this allegation since if they do that and just presenting a fake license and other things what you said then this is really shady casino. Since by doing that it seems that they are not really honest so I guess for other new reading this stuff discuss much better if they listen since this is really a valid concern and might this casino main intention is to scam people here. Richy casino should answer this allegation since if they can't provide good answer with this and remain inactive then this would provably put a point that they are scam. All is really fishy so good thing you do a good investigation with them since this could save a lot of unaware gamblers for losing their money on scams.

If I’m ignoring the thread reviews then casino looks slaying website which one can keep using for long time and it’s interesting to see how easily it accommodates with mobile version too.

look at OP's username and the day he created an account on this forum, you will see that he created an account on this forum last year and opened this thread in September this year, when you look at OP's post history you will see that he only has posts made in this thread and in the thread of the scam accusation section against his casino and then when you see the day he registered the casino domain we have:

It seems that he had the intention of creating this casino many years ago and was unable to do so due to many setbacks, the problem with these types of things is that they are projects without good structure and planning, this is the same as if you want to have a gaming computer for if you sell to other people and don't know where to start and then they start buying each hard ware component without good planning and when you sell the computer the customer then starts to complain, in my opinion the signs are well exposed, I honestly doubt that you manage to withdraw your money. Someone posted above that he want to process his withdrawal so I guess there's existing problem regarding on this situation and it will be so hard for new user to come then decide to gamble since they might experience hardship to get their withdrawal the same with other person. And since they are not actively operating their thread also it seems they have done shady departure much better if we just avoid this casino.
