It usually takes a day or two until you have earned enough XRP (at least 20) to receive the first payout, depending on your contribution.

Also the sats by the project are calculated only twice a day and updated globally only once, so in the end, after a weekend on a decent computer you should be well funded. As long as you did all the steps on computingforgood, you just need to crunch and wait.

Anyone spare some ripple to get a guy started ?

rNfit3TUPJVeDDxcwQfFA9MSsFPuqd1JTe

Cheers

ps I think the biggest issue with it from my perspective is that fact you can't mine from scratch and there's a complicated process of adding your first XRP.. Shouldnt have to have anything in the wallet ...grrr

XRP can be earned here: https://www.computingforgood.org/

Instead of mining, your CPU is put to use for the World Community Grid: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/

(similar aspirations to CureCoin and GridCoin)

P.S: sent you some starter Ripple

Wow cheers to you.. Smiley

I have already signed up to them and joined the Ripplelabs team but for some strange reason nothing has come through yet.. Sad

And yep its complete cancer markers and reporting back valid.. must be some config i might need to complete...?

Cheers again..

 Cheesy

Zipzap shnipzap...it's all about China hearing about Ripple at the Senate meetings and the newly improved Trade
tab in the ripple wallet.

I believe we've only just begun...Ripple is the second market cap on CoinMarketCap.com (look at the bottom of the page...click "Looking for Ripple")
and yet the price is one of the lowest of all cryptocurrencies...somewhere between .028 - .033 (USD value).  Which means anyone who bought it for
1 penny a piece or less has currently doubled or close to tripled their money.

Perhaps you should focus on what I am saying, instead of attributing wrong opinions to me. Again, as a way to stop making a fool of yourself.

And lel "you're not a developer". What's the point of even denying simple objective facts? Why are all XRP fans, without exception, so dumb (with you being the dumbest)?

Excuse me... I'm a certified genius.  RippleGiveaway.com!  FREE XRP, BTC, LTC!!!  COME AND GET IT!!!

You are not giving any facts.

I perfectly understand - and am a developer - but there isn't anything new there.

You're a broken record, no one is going to buy your bag of XRPs (especially when they understand how Ripple works) anymore if you keep making a fool of yourself.

you're not a developer and don't understand it. You never took the time to read the wiki or any of ripple arguments. You are also not gonna listen to this conferences. Just repeat dumb arguments from Tradefortress... You are like those people saying that bitcoin won't work in 2010.

Still confusing XRP and Ripple, I see.

So, how's your sale of XRP going, with yet another free way to get them?

Just watch the conferences, try to understand, then come back. https://ripple.com/blog/ripple-developer-conference-2013-replay/

Ripple is now giving 2000 to 4000 XRP* to Github users. I already took 2×2000 XRP and obviously instantly sold them (and wow, the price dropped a lot from the last time I did this) - I have more than enough from previous giveaways.

Just a heads up: there is now yet another source of totally free XRPs. But by all means, buy buy buy!

* if you follow their crap, but it didn't seem to work for me

Get XRPs for what they are really worth (zero): https://giveaway.ripple.com/

Here we go the dummy is back.

You should listen to the Money2020 conferences, maybe you would understand what ripple is about...
