UPDATE: COCOBAY DANANG INVESTMENT PHASE FINISHED EARLY ON RED HOT DEMAND

We have just learned that Cocobay Danang due to red hot demand is now FINISHED with the investment phase of the development. Most buildings are SOLD OUT or accounted for, with only units in the Cocobay Towers and one other building available. Please also note that the design phase is finished and completely locked in at this stage. This means that the opportunity for RLX holders is now only limited to UNIT SALES.

Signal 10 RLX if you would like to PURCHASE a unit in the Cocobay Towers. With real estate prices as they are in Vietnam, along with a grossly lower construction expense, it results in first-class housing at a great price in an upwardly mobile Vietnam real estate market. @Zelday, the developers have voiced they would love to hear solid input from RLX investors that have signaled investment interest into their projects. First things first is the signaling, and then we can re-open access to the crowdsourcing platform where RLX holders can interact directly with the developers. So absolutely, feedback is great but signaling has to happen first before we can really bring in the wisdom of the crowd design aspects. Great question!

As we are now starting negotiations with institutional investors, the rate for signaling interest in Relex projects will be raised to 10 RLX as of November 15. We are excited to announce a new partnership with the Marine City project in beach resort city Vung Tau, Vietnam. The developer is excited and looking forward to implementing the Relex standard in its real estate development offerings. The developer will post the wallet soon, and you all can begin signaling for this project. Similar to Cocobay, this project also offers a minimum 12% return for investors by way of the developer making a bank guarantee agreement.

Project highlights: Take ownership of a new city development in Vietnam! This project aims to become the "Venice" of Asia, with a view of gondolas along the river, providing a modern living concept for locals and foreigners alike in Vietnam.  This is particularly a project where the developer is very open to hearing from the Relex investor community ideas for project optimization.
