There are some units that are completely sold out- and those units would stay as-is regarding the design phase. Other units that are funded by Relex would be up for negotiation in how it could be done, what lighting to use, other design elements, etc.

In addition, we not only offer a bridge of direct communication to the developer during the building process, but we are also happy to arrange trips to the project site for you to get a first-hand look on your investment. The cryptocurrency part of the platform is already completed. We are launching the crowdsourcing component of the real estate development dynamic very soon. We already have all the real estate contracts in possession, and we actively work with all the developers we list.

Regarding your clarification of real estate purchasing vs. real estate development, I will give you an example. We work with a developer where they said that the master design plan of the development can be changed upon enough investor interest. Say, adding of a river, or the addition of gondolas in an existing river before exiting out to the bay. We work with a number of developers like this- this is a shift towards the investors having a direct say in the outcome of the real estate projects that are built.
