TransparencyKnow exactly what you are investing in- down to the exact building or floor.
Developer-Backed GuaranteesRegardless of market price downturns, some developers here in Southeast Asia contractually offer to guarantee a minimum ROI on your investment. With Relex, participate in these offers when applicable- regardless of your investment amount. In the event that the project incurs a loss, the developer still pays out the guarantee to investors. This is laid out explicitly in developer contracts, and guaranteed by local banks.
Redistributed broker commissionsWe have negotiated a variety of deals across boardrooms in Southeast Asia and North America in order to negotiate the highest possible commissions we can- in some cases, up to as high as 10%. We redistribute these hard-won commissions on premium market contracts back to you, the community, as a way to give our proxy developers the best deal possible while they take an active role in the development of our partner developer's projects.
Crowdsourced involvementHave a design for a new building? Have a better way to increase foot traffic? Have a mastermind way to put a megaproject on the map as a regional or global hotspot destination? Now you have the chance to prove your worth as a proxy developer with some of the top and emerging development companies in Asia and North America.
Participation Options
-For new projects, RLX holders can signal to the developer that the submitted project is a desirable one to be involved in, and one of which RLX holders would be interested in investing into. By sending 1 RLX to the developer, such a signal informs interest to both Relex and the developer.
-For existing projects, RLX holders can choose to participate by sending their RLX to developer wallets and funding the construction of the buildings. Full unit price investments will result in property keys to the unit being handed over to the RLX holder, verified by way of both an ownership token and a paper certificate. This is something RLX holders can participate in now.
-As for investing any amount below the full unit price of the development (crowdfunding), RLX holders can participate when we receive approval from US regulatory authorities to do so. This is currently under process. At the current time, there are two choices, one of which can be executed now, and one of which that can be executed later (crowdfunding).

This Central Vietnam development is central Vietnam's most preeminent entertainment real estate development complex. It is composed of a collection of 5-star boutique hotels, with the signature Cocobay Towers as the signature tower in the development. Designed by Atkins, It will be one of the only towers in the world to have a skybridge connecting the two towers.
