I've rolled back some of the larger changes and just included the hacks. Can you try the latest git master and see if it's any worse/better?

its the old windows build that i was using before ckolivas started to experiment with a few hacks for the miners. the old 4.7.0 didn't like the "new r-box" to well, it kept pulling bad data. no matter what speed, or pool i was on it always had an issue with it.
I threw it on there to see if anything was changed after i tried to oc the chips (i wanted to see where i could push them till they went feral at me). I didn't expect it to last when i went back down the clock speeds (hence the panic when the miner went to 30-40GHs at the stock settings) . after that i did a hard powerdown and restarted the miner. its all good now, doing the usual 80-90MHs at 10% on the 4.7.1

summery: using your 2 month old cgminer, never worked, downloaded the latest cgminer at the time, worked, at 50% HARDWARE ERRORS, ckolivas updated his software with hacks to YOUR half assed attempt at the drivers, im getting 10% HW Errors at 10-20% less hashing power then what you quoted.

just do the honours and give ckolivas  the required documentation to fix the software. there is security patches and other shit needed to be fixed over the 2 month old software you are trying to force on us

Get them the documentation for the new r-box.

For the RK-box that is out of production, sorry, but there is documentation. When a product is no longer in production they still have the documentation on the parts used, protocols, firmware, etc.

We use this for hundreds of RK-BOX,they are ok. What's your details error info about it? Please just send me a mail for the details.

For RK-box,it is out of production,we changed the design and don't use icarus protocol now,and there are no docs about it,sorry for that.

Is it still reporting errors of 50%?

What is your poolside hashrate?

Get Cklovias and Luke-Jr the documentation so they can write software that works properly.

and as pointed out about 2 months ago (ok about a month ago), with this 2 month old software, this don't work, even worse with the NRBox

hence the reason why the Author of CGMiner is working on it, Give him a hand yo!?

Don't worry I didn't take it personally, I know a half arsed effort when I see/do one. Just sick of so many manufacturers never taking the final steps to polish off a design and leaving it lying around half cocked like this stuff which is why I tried to help in the first place.

EDIT: You could try them on Kano's ckpool. The pool might make a difference too.

oooorr, how about a open firmware to be a drop in replacement to most of these BE200 mining clones? up for a new project? (come to think of it, i wonder if the old USB block erupter firmware would run with be200 :-? )

all they really are is just some atmel talking via uart or something to the BEs. something i've been wanting to do is look at the firmware in these miners

Sorry I wasn't of any useful help then, I hearby pronounce these hacks I added a complete failure. All I offered was some tweaking of someone's existing setup which was successful but it appears unique to just that one setup. It's hard to achieve much on remote hardware you don't even have documentation for. Looks like this driver needs a complete rewrite which isn't possible without some proper communication protocol documentation. I don't suppose anyone has some?
