If you can afford to buy ASIC miners then that's it.
But if you can't, follow the guy who has said about GPU/video card mining. And mine Ethereum while you can because it's about to be stopped soon.

There are different ways to mine different coins, someones like Monero can only be mined with GPUs, while bitcoin is used to be mined with special machines called miners, if I'm not wrong you can connect 2 or 3 video cards to a power supply, but each miner needs its own power supply.

If you don't have electricity cost then use your money to buy a mining rig and mine bitcoin. It would be good for you to mine some bitcoins. Even some people who have electricity cost even mine bitcoin. You can also mine ethereum if you want since many people are still supported by large network of miners.
