Yes, I'm an asshole
Oh, sorry. I got the time of your registration mixed up. Your friend was limited since March, you registered since July, and your friend ultimately deleted his account on September, this is the correct rough timeline?

I might be wrong, but I think the rule below is what they consider you've breached

3.27. Clients are allowed to bet only as individuals, group bets are not allowed. Repeated bets on the same results / winners from the same or different customers may subsequently be declared invalid. Even after the official result of the competition / athletes is already known, Sportsbook platform may consider the indicated bets invalid if it considers that the Clients act in collusion or as a syndicate, or the bets considered were made by one or more Clients within a short period of time. The betting company also has the right to refuse to accept bets or to count already made bets as invalid if they are made from different game accounts from the same IP address.

We have never bet together. Even if he wanted to, he couldn't bet with me. Group betting is definitely out of the question. I've been on my own since I started betting. Bets were made on rollbit only from my account. Dear helpful friend, what's wrong with this? 🥺

I was actually referring to the part I underlined, that they consider betting from different game accounts [in other words, different username] from the same IP address. As your friend were already registered to that IP, once you made a bet with your account using the same home wifi connection as him, you're considered breaching the terms you agreed with them.

The case became worse as your friend were limited, this makes your account to be perceived as an attempt to circumventing a betting limitation.

Your roommate got his bet limited to $1 since March, and you have your account since last year, so, roughly around September last year? Won't their excuse valid, then? For about 6 months [if not more], you're playing from the same IP as your friend?

I've been betting since I signed up at the suggestion of my roommate. After I registered, he did not place even 1 bet. He wasn't there when I was there. But he didn't tell me that his account was limited. After learning that he was restricted, I asked him to delete his account. He deleted his account on September 6. While I continued to play without any problems, 1 month later my account was confiscated and my money was not given because there were 2 accounts with the same IP address. I think my only mistake is betting on odds of 1.01 and 1.02. It's easy to get an odds of 1.01, but I lost my entire deposit 3 times. everything has a risk.

We are 2 separate people. Is it a crime if we live in the same house? Can't people living in the same house bet on rollbit? Even if we use the mobile phone operator's internet network, our phone automatically connects to our home's wifi network when we enter the house. We are both KYC approved. We can even make video calls. We are ready to prove everything. But rollbit doesn't even allow us to prove it. ignores.

Do you mind giving us more info about this case with what I asked above your post? It's still unanswered. I'll PM rollbit's representative and invite them here once I understand the situation from your side better.

I think my roommate cant bet since March. Couldn't bet more than $1. My account was never banned. I have withdrawn money 42 times since July without any problems. I had no betting limits until my account was closed. I made hundreds of bets. Even though we both did KYC verification, my account was suddenly closed with the excuse that there were 2 accounts with the same IP address.

So, this is the rough chronological narrative: your friend created rollbit account last year, got limited from months ago, never played on rollbit again because of it, and ultimately deleted his account last month, in September. On July this year, you created an account and start betting, and earlier this month, your account somehow got banned? Do we know exactly when did your friend's account got limited and why?

If things really happens just as you have explained it to be, then I would say that you are sure undeserving a closure of your account just like that, with your money or funds forfeited, this should not be..

Like every one else have said or suggested, I will also advice that you continue to reach out to their customer care, and also consider creating a scam accusation against them, this is if you are very sure that you are telling us the truth, create a scam accusation against them, I believe this will move them to properly and promptly look into your case and have it resolved immediately.

I didn't break TOS. I've been here for 3 months. When I was withdrawing money, my withdrawal was already approved late. In this way, I am sure that they review my account every time. Has there been no news yet? Of course there was. The security department was constantly approving my withdrawals late. maybe 3 hours. I withdrew money 42 times, and each time they knew there were 2 verified accounts with the same IP address. What they're accusing me of are 2 accounts belonging to the same device. this is not possible . I know what I'm doing. I neither logged in from my friend's phone nor he logged into mine. that's for sure. Even though I constantly write to support, they do not even write me a letter about withdrawing money. why do you think? I am innocent. My friend, it's been 5 months since I stopped playing here. We live in the same house and we have 1 home internet in our house. I can officially prove this. My roommate has the right to register here, but I don't? I think there is. I did not receive any registration bonus. I want to fight about this issue. And I'm ready to prove everything. But is rollbit ready? I repeat, we have an official residence document proving that we live in the same house. And I can prove other things that need to be proven. I never logged in from my friend's phone, nor did he. I hope nothing like this will happen to you my dear friends.

Its a pretty safe bet that you wont be getting your account back but you might be able to get your money back. BUT this depends a lot about where you are from (legal reasons).
Send them a message that if a refund of the remaining balance is not done, you will contact the local police department and make an official complaint. If they still wont do it, then do just that, go to the police. Really is as simple as that, the ensuing legal bs is not worth the 450$ for them.
I don't think think that it's about KYC issues or where OP is located as it shown on his screenshot that it looks like OP is KYC verified but he'd violated sportsbook terms, most likely multi betting or accounts.

It's unlikely that OP will be able to have an access to his accounts anymore due to his violation, this is just a common complaint of someone who got caught having multiple accounts then saying that it's not them but they're relatives or friends. Suing or reporting won't help OP  Tongue
Btw, all those points are kind of irrelevant. He might be have violated the sportsbooks terms and might be (or maybe it really is his friend) betting on several accounts. This does not however change the fact that the  original deposit is still his to claim (he will most likely need to forefeit the winnings). This also applies to casino bonuses btw, in most juristiction you may withdraw your initial deposit even if a bonus is active (tho you will need to frfeit the bonus). Because lets remember that a TOS does not superceed the law.

When life gets hard BUY Bitcoin!
I did not have any fraudulent behavior. We both verified our account. We are two separate people. ok you can close my account. Ok . But you can't take my money. please someone help me. I will cry out of anger. please please please

You should read terms carefully especially if you are sharing internet connection with user that has same account on the casino because they clearly stated on ToS that only one per household or something allowed to create an account and claim bonuses.

Your only chance to refund your money is your total deposit but not the profit since you violate their terms. It’s really unfair but if you agree terms without reading while commit what mention in there as violation then you don’t have a say on it. Your issue is very hard to prove via virtual proof since your IP sharing is a clear evidence for multiple account as per terms description.

You are trying to cheat the system OP, your question was answered and yet you are forming like you are innocent, sigh you people will never learn, you are caught red handed and stop trying to make Rollbit casino look bad.

The team replied you by saying you are trying to deceive the casino's sportsbook limit, and you are trying to make it look like two brothers living in a house and using the same IP, that can't be right.

Sorry there is no way anyone can help you out of this, next time when you plan to gamble on any casino you will use only one account or risk getting the same result you got right now, I hope you learn from this.

Rollbit is clean and people like you can't tarnish their image, not until they really do something bad, but for now, their reputation is good.

We live with 2 friends at home. We are using the same internet. Me and my housemate have an account on rollbit.

I am just fed up with these friends, brothers and sisters stories. Whenever anyone is caught using multiple accounts, they usually come up with a similar type of story.  Angry

I have been contacting support non-stop for 1 hour. I'm constantly creating new messages. It says "seen" under my messages, but they never respond to any of my messages.

Do you think that this is the right behavior to contact the support non-stop for an hour or so ? And you think that by doing this, they will stop all their priorities and attend to you Shocked

But they're totally cowardly ducks.

If any support person from Rollbit read what you think of them, this is not going to help your case in anyway.

I forgot to say this. My roommate already deleted his account last month. I suspected that they would make excuses because I kept winning. I asked my friend to delete his account. I have placed 150 bets in 1 month. Where were they until now? As they kept winning, they attracted their attention and defrauded me.
Why all of a sudden you asked a friend to delete His account last month when he had been playing and registered Year ahead from yours?
and while you did that yet continue to Play in rollbit? is there any flag that you received so your friend sacrificed His account for you?
because if there is one that needs to be deleted I believe it is yours not Hers?
sorry but there seems to be part of the story that you still not telling us here.
still , iam trying to get answer from live chat and mail , but they dont reply my witdrawal question . Definetly they dont write one Word about how will i witdrawal .

don't make it  hard mate because you are banned so expect no answers from your withdrawal.
maybe ask them more about your violation aside from betting in sports .
Basically because he is probably full of shit if ya ask me. There is no reason to ask anyone to delete anything if you're legit.

@OP, the casino already responded to you. You had multiple accounts and were limited on 1 in their sportsbook. Instead of accepting that, you made another account and tried to break the rules surpassing the limits set on your 1st account.

Before you go answering me crying saying you are 2 different people, I'm not buying it. I'm sure you had a friend sign up and make a separate account so if asked you could provide documents, but I think both accounts were likely in your control. I could be wrong but this is my feeling.
