Done! I have been off gambling for a few weeks now too. Guess this case was a way to get out of the loop. Trying to lessen this habit.

Thanks for the help everyone. I appreciate it dearly.

Thanks holydarkness! Prag is region-blocked for me so I haven't been able to play it, so that's not an option for me anyway.

And good news, my account has been unblocked, and I can now play evolution. Looks like case was solved. Smiley

That's a very great news to hear! Given your fondness of Rollbit and evolution, I am happy for you. Now, as all of the elements here as been cleared [I see that you've edited the thread title too to reflect the current development], do you mind to lock this thread to avoid any further meaningless and spamming post? The button to lock a thread will be at the bottom left of the page [only you or admin can access this].

In case you have other situation in the future, be it with evolution or other provider or casino, you're more than free to create a whole new thread and rest assured that I'll probably be there too.

Congratulations on getting your money back. This provider issue usually takes longer because they are very slow to review cases due to the volume of their user. You can consider your case lucky because it was solved within a month probably Rollbit escalated the issue that’s way the provider does a quick decision.

You can use Ezugi or Bombay as an alternative for Evolution gaming if you are just playing live blackjack but Evolution is the most reputable live games aside from Pragmatic if you can’t play it due to country restrictions.

As he is looking for and as I mentioned, IF they use web3 feature of metawin, things are a bit different.
And yeah, I'll shill my referral code  Grin

I think... I will have to apology as I might have to burst your bubble, LMAO.

OP, in case you're interested to play on MW, and given there are a lot of case on this forum with restricted country clause of the ToS being the root of the problem, I took the liberty to read them for you.

MetaWin does not prohibit player from PH, but the Pragmatic Play section on their entire platform is an absolute no go for Filipina... And Filipino.

https://talkimg.com/images/2024/08/15/7CxAI.jpeg

Given your situation here is with Evolution, and taking it as an educated guess of your gambling preference, I think it's wise to warn you in advance [lest you have another situation here] in case you wanted to try Pragmatic.

Options of "less KYC" are massively reduced, and any crypto site dealing with users on a much higher bankroll or more users in general especially will likely have additional measures of KYC requirements for their users. Any reputable site will require KYC, those that don't are typically ones to avoid.

Additionally with a max withdrawal amount per day restricts such high rollers, and id personally suspect should a high roller be triggering these maximum withdrawals each day it would likely cause more of a concern thus more likely triggering KYC

(my opinion of course)
seems a bit sus suggesting other sites for 'less kyc' unless its just an attempt to shill a referral code (which I respect 😅)

Yes, I would prefer a web3 casino over traditional.
If you use web3 feature in metawin, 30 ETH per day withdraw without a single question. Less KYC issues than most other reputed casinos.

Sending you a DM.

I don't think I would want to specifically suggest you one or two casinos that accept PH resident, but if you're looking for a good casino, feel free to visit my thread compiling cases against casinos and their status [active, in progress, invalid, resolved], you can draw your own conclusion with your very own parameter of what you think good or not from a casino, and then progress to check their residency ToS to be sure PH is not one of their restricted country.

Or perhaps you're interested in web3 casino? To diversify your experience?

Visit which casino?

Or perhaps you're interested in web3 casino? To diversify your experience?
now that you mention this, I remember some discussion about metawin having a migration feature on their casino. basically, gamblers can migrate their account from other casinos. However, I am not really sure if it is a limited-time event or if it is always open all the time.

@OP If you are interested you can try and visit the casino.

I believe acroman refers to the one on his... well, our signature. It's one of several web3 casinos available to play. For security purpose and ease of access, suppose you're interested, you can simply click the link on his signature space to be redirected to their official site, in case search-engined their name lead you to a phishing site.

Yeah, and like with ryzaadit, stake is ISP banned for me, so the regular link won't work for me -- though I have yet to test playing on mirror links.

I agree with ryzaadit, I wouldn't bother testing Howl, heard plenty of bad things about it.

Just checked the "juristictions" part at Stake and the Philippines are definitely not listed as a banned region. So normally there should be no problem to register and use it.
Since you would be a new member you would need to make KYC before even being possible to get a deposit address, so maybe just try and test it out.

Thanks for the info here. I was sussed out by HOWL for a while. I let my account decay there without deposit because I did not feel comfortable with it at all.

-snip-
Hey bro.

HOWL it's a former casino who sponsorship (BossManJack). I watching the video on (YT), people say (HOWL) blocking people money/account while his site accepted user registration + deposit from restricted country.

My suggest, try to pick other casinos.

I do not quite understand, Are you living or origin from the Philippines? I'm sure, PH it's not blocklisted from Stake. Since you are high roller, mostly people will recommended you (Stake) since they have the ability to pay a huge winning. Perhaps, you have same situation like me while the blocked it's coming from your ISP provider not (Stake)? I have ISP provider who blocked (Stake) maybe you can change the provider internet ? Stake have mirror link: https://playstake.info/ some of their mirror link it's not getting blocked by my ISP. So, I use them as alternative. My advice, try to pick other casinos, cause HOWL blocked people's accounts while his site accepted registration and deposit from restricted country + HOWL it's not in Bitcointalk (once you got problem) mostly you are on dead end.

Yes, I would prefer a web3 casino over traditional.

Would you guys have suggestions on a good casino for Philippines IP? I want to maximize bonuses if there is a VIP treat as well for migrating accounts, that would be cool. Currently have ~$50M wagered on Rollbit.

This is what I saw so far -- HOWL matches your rank from other casino and gives you a bonus on withdrawal (though it was nothing impressive -- 50% DEPO Bonus, up to $40,000 with a 15x wagering requirement (ew) ): https://imgur.com/a/tAkB65h

[I'll reply with the subject you now use as your thread's title as per this post was made]

Got it, I'll just put the caveat that I cannot play games now. Thanks holydarkness

Just like Ahoy said, and at the same time begging to be a bit different than what he suggest, there are numerous casinos that are more than happy to cater you, like Stake. They've been around for a very long time and is still one of the most reputable casino on this forum.

But, if I may give my opinion and forewarning, I am not in touch with Stake, at all, by any means of media of communication, with all of possible attempt to get any kind of meaningful interaction already being exhausted in the past during my attempt to get several disputes resolved.

This doesn't necessarily mean they are not trustworthy, I'd like to believe they still are. And this post is not intended to discourage you from trying them. It simply means that if you encounter any future situation with Stake, I don't think I can help pursue the matter to be resolved.

Got it, I'll just put the caveat that I cannot play games now.
At least you should feel happy that the amount were recovered. Since you and Rollbit already had a bad experience, there are no sadness for you when they blocked your account. There are better gambling platforms and members like you can easily have a VIP treat from any casino.

Got it, I'll just put the caveat that I cannot play games now. Thanks holydarkness

As I have told you before, here and via message. Try your luck with stake, bonus wise you won't regret it and game wise I would say it's the same anyways.

Good luck and don't donate it back to the casinos!

I got to withdraw, yes, but I can't do any gaming on the account. Can't play any games, so still unresolved.

I am not sure how I didn't aware of the past few posts from August 9th. The thread was marked as read when I visit the scam accusations board, so I believe I must have click them open and got distracted and read other thread instead. Anyway...

OP, no. The point here is that your withdrawal finally being processed [I'm happy for you for that]. Whether you can or can't play any games on Rollbit anymore is not relevant. The case is resolved with that withdrawal. So kindly mark it as resolved and lock the thread.

I'll mark it as such on my list... when I finally have time to catch up and update the thread.

Casinos don't care how much you deposit (as long at the money is not flagged like stolen btc or whatever).
They will ask KYC once you try to withdraw a considerable amount of profits though, that's almost always like that.

Yeah, about the bolded part. If someone registers and deposits a few mil right off the bat, it might definitely raise some eyebrows.

Each casino has its own risk assessments but chances are the licensed ones have audits.

As long as you are down they obviously never care since you are a profitable player for them.

True that. Reminds me of a case when someone got denied her jackpot winnings just last month in the US. Casino gave an excuse that she was blacklisted and trespassed their property when previously they were silent whenever she played and lost.

Would it not be suspicious if I suddenly deposit a shitton of crypto into a new account in a new casino?

Absolutely to most, if not all casinos. You'll be asked to complete KYC right before your first withdraw or in more extreme cases, the moment the casino detects it.

I would never even consider continuing to play at a site like this that gave you so much trouble, so why would you?

If you really need to gamble find a different place. You can also play at stake using a VPN, I did it for years and never had any problem.

I agree with you 100%, I don't know what this guy is smoking just find another casino lmao

Fair point. Maybe I need to explore.

What VPN works with Stake that has no issue? Appreciate it btw, been waiting for a while for this. I been wanting to play on Stake but I think they banned the site on all the ISPs here in my country. We can’t access the site. Where else can I play that accepts high-rollers all of a sudden? Rollbit is the only casino I have deep wagered amounts with ($50M wagered). Would it not be suspicious if I suddenly deposit a shitton of crypto into a new account in a new casino?

Thanks for inputs in advance

Got my withdrawals after around 2 weeks, but my account is disabled.

I like playing on Rollbit vs other casinos. Cannot access Stake in my country.

Are your withdrawals/money getting processed?

If yes, why do you still want to play on there? I mean with this situation, I would be more likely to move on to other casinos. I can see you are high roller player, currently based on the situation, especially in Scam Thread.

Have quite many opening case thread recently, have you ever considered playing with other casino ? Like (Stake) ? since these casino are big enough (especially for highroller).

Still pending provider review.

This is taking a while, I have been using Rollbit for a while but no issue. Following this to see how it ends.

Is it possible to cheat on Blackjack? I dont understand?
"Betting techniques to circumvent the house edge" HuhHuh?
Are you the one who created the complaint on casinoguru, if so, What was the verdict from the licensing authority? I am a bit curious in knowing how this ends given that it stays unresolved in Casinoguru at the moment.

Yaps, we are both on the same page.

To be honest, I really hear these (provider check) recently. I never knew about these, cause we think every case of (Live casino) mostly being handled LIVE and based on watching any youtube video or our own experience.

Void bet or miss dealt always getting fixed either the miss dealt card is being fixed or void the bet (the balance from void bet is also refunded after the bet is being cancel). So, just my own perspective, it's kinda absurd. Hopefully your issue can be fixed.

Just following up to confirm this is pending third-party provider, as you've been told numerous times via support.

We appreciate your patience during such reviews and regret that some take longer!

Thanks,

Thanks @holydarkness! I also asked support if they can re-escalate the case.

UPDATE: They said it was re-escalated as well! LINK: https://imgur.com/a/BqNSJkJ

[...]

If @holydarkness can send a message to Razer, I can't seem to message him as I am a newbie -- would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I'm about to send Razer a PM notifying him about a case. So, sure, yes, I'll make sure I mentioned your situation too and ask him to check with his team and perhaps address us with [any] update here himself.

Hey @Rollbit Razer, can we take a second look or a follow up on the review?

It might be the same case as this guy where the provider replied but the team missed the update https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/rollbit-holding-4k-withdrawal-been-7-days-5457538

Bumping this up as the review is over 7 days already. Last time I had a review like this it only took 5-6 days at most.

Thank you!

Rest assured that once it's cleared by the provider, Rollbit will release the fund immediately. There is no reason or benefit for them to hold your fund further. All they do up to this point is complying to the security measure asked by their third party provider. But yes, limiting on the amount you use to bet will be a brilliant idea.

Remember that gambling is just for entertainment and never gamble more than you can afford to lose... or being held, on this case.
There are a lot of professional sports gamblers or those that gamble for profit. Many sports gamblers move money from book to book daily to get a bet down because of a line difference. The blame is on the casino for these long delays.

The keyword here is to never gamble more than one can afford to lose [or being held]. If there are a lot of professional gamblers out there [and I believe there are] then congratulation for them, they live on a high thrill. The advise will still be the same though, never gamble more than what they can afford to lose. I believe they know and apply this principle, of which become part of their success.

Regarding who to blame on this, I'll leave that topic unaddressed.
Sports gambling can be different than casino gambling. Sports gambling can be for profit, not thrill. If a player has $1000 at Rollbit, he can play at any book and at any line he wants by withdrawing from Rollbit immediately. It’s a totally different mindset than casino gambling. Better advice is to stay away from the casinos that have long delays.

Yes the wait is agonizing. Been about a week now. Going to definitely put limits after this. Won't want to wait this long again.

Thanks holydarkness. It's a hard wait.
It surely sucks to wait
One way of reducing that pain is to put in money you can take so long without so that in the event there is some verification that lasts days or weeks, you can wait it out. Given the reputation of Rollbit, I hope they help you out as soon as the game provider clears the issue.

Thanks @holydarkness. I will probably ledger my crypto after this and play with a smaller amount. Hope I get resolution of this provider check soon.

I do not know what they are looking for. It only came up AFTER my withdrawal request.

I agree that live casinos should be no verification because they DO deal with the issues in real time -- sometimes they even halt play to settle the issue first if there is a misdealt hand. In some cases they void bets too.

So I guess they're looking at the session as a whole I guess, but this is only my SECOND time dealing with a long provider check.

-snip-
I been reading your thread.

Found out you not facing this problem by (Provider Check) the first time, can we ask what they're looking for? from your previous case. I mean, kinda curious cause my gambling activity on (Live-Casino). The beauty of live casinos should be no verification cause the result is being dealt with in real-time. Unless, they set up the wrong card like:the card it's 9 spades but it's getting integrated to 6 spade < usually they will check the ID Bet after so many report from the player. Meanwhile for other case like miss deal the card, they always solved those live either re scanned the card / just void the bets.

So, actually curious to see what they're looking for based on your previous case.

-snip-
Actually, there are some benefits from the casino while the withdraw on some hold. Some casino still don't have locked system while the withdraw try to be requested, user could be betting his money again because is to long waiting the withdraw in hold. In the end, user lose all his money.........

That's why, in gambling deposit & withdraw fast are quite important. We have somethings case like these happening in forum.....

Far as I know, and as I mentioned above, unfortunately casino [any casino, not just Rollbit] doesn't have control on how long it takes for an investigation by a provider to conclude. They're a third party independent to Rollbit [or other casinos] that Rollbit can't influence their queue and/or method. I'll advise some patience. It usually won't take months as previously mentioned.

Yeah the wait is agonizing because I nor the casino have control over it.

Provider issue is the worst when it comes to waiting time because casino doesn’t have any control over the deadline of their hold to your account. Usually it will take up to 3 months depending on the case since provider is very slow to process investigation.

You made the right choice to seek help for casino representatives so that they can escalate your issue to the provider. The casino online support typically will just send you generic reply compared when it was handle by the bitcointalk representative of rollbit.

I'll beg to differ on the point that it'll usually take up to three months as, AFAIK, mostly it doesn't take that long to clear, usually days if not weeks. And about the casino representative being able to help, I might be wrongly remembering this part, but AFAIK casino will not interfere with third party investigation. Yes, they can keep emailing the provider, but that's the extend of "expediting" it, the pace of the conclusion still ultimately fall into the hand of the provider and there's nothing the casino representative can do to make it quicker.

I think my last time for this similar situation took about a week or two. Hopefully we get an update earlier.

Yeah I waited 24h before posting because of the amount involved. Usually these withdrawals are instant/within the hour regardless of the amount. Since it was the provider, hoping it can get resolved soon, or I get more info soon.

Players should wait at least a week before posting a scam accusation. This board would be flooded if every player posted about a withdrawal taking 24 hours. Payments should be made in 24 hours, but a payment taking less than a week still isn't a scam.

For a casino that promised an instant withdrawal I think having a 24hrs pending withdrawal considering the amount involved here can surely raise immediate concern.

But since the issue was already determined which is due to the provider requesting to hold the user account then your suggestion is valid. It’s not bad though to line-up the concern immediately to notice if there’s something wrong in the casino. There’s already an instance that a trusted casino turns into scam in the past that started from delay withdrawal.

Waiting for a week just to raise concern will make many more victims for a potential exit scam. This is also a good way to push casino on improving their withdrawal system.

I don’t agree with the provider excuse. A lot of these books use the same provider or verification service. Some get the checks done within a week and others are taking months. A lot of times the hope is that the player will continue casino play during the delay.

Even with fiat books where you do KYC upfront, there are times when they ask for more information upon requesting a withdrawal. Those checks never take more than a week.

Well it's not a "big" win relatively because I put in 100k and tried to withdraw 130k so that's relatively 30%? Not sure though. But this is within the range I usually play with when it comes to high-roller blackjack tables.

Appreciate the reply! And I hope it's just the same as last time I posted where they had a provider take 10-ish days to get back. It's just that the wait is agonizing so I appreciate the help!

And yes the win was honest and no foul play because it came off a very lucky side bet win in blackjack so I felt the need to withdraw after.

Hello. Thank you for tagging me and bringing this to my attention. Unfortunately, after giving your thread a read, I don't think there is much Razer [or I, for the same reason] can do based on this explanation on your screenshot,

https://talkimg.com/images/2024/07/26/49NV1.png

Do I understand correctly that you requested for withdrawal after a big win? It's one of their provider's procedure to run an investigation upon big win to be sure that there is no foul play. And the length of the investigation [as it's made by their provider and not Rollbit themselves] is unknown to rollbit. There is not much Razer or any staff of Rollbit can do to expedite it.

However, you can rest assured that if you win honestly, it'll be released soon after the investigation finished.

Apologies. For this amount I was hoping for more info on it and assistance rather than no ETA

Players should wait at least a week before posting a scam accusation. This board would be flooded if every player posted about a withdrawal taking 24 hours. Payments should be made in 24 hours, but a payment taking less than a week still isn't a scam.

Thanks. I did complete the KYC as they suggested and I am not VERIFIED! Smiley

Fixed it! I added the screenshot of my transaction and the deposit. Yeah having no ETA is what makes it difficult. Hope it get resolved soon. @Rollbit Razer hopefully can help.

OP under proof of payment, you instead shared the link of a screenshot showing pending withdrawal. You might want to correct it and instead post the screenshot of proof of payment or even a TX ID

I think you should follow the advice of the support and give them sometime to follow up with the provider, though it would be much better if they had indicated the ETA to avoid you from getting depressed about the whole situation. $130K is quite a decent amount to can make someone to go nuts if they are not sure if they will have the withdrawal approved.

If they take so long, try contacting @Rollbit Razer to help you follow up on the issue.

What happened: Hey y'all, I play mostly Evolution games on Rollbit.

For this one, I deposited ~$82k USD and withdrew about ~$120k. Whenever my withdrawals are pending, I contact support, and message them and my withdrawals are out in a few minutes to a few hours, never goes past 1 day. For this instance,  I'm pending about over 24 hours now which is why I decided to make a post about this.

My account has withdrew and deposited higher amounts with no issue so not sure what the delay is on this one.

I also just KYC'ed up to level 4 based on Support's suggestions: https://imgur.com/a/oky8NO3

Happy to close this post once the withdrawal is settled. Smiley

(I make multiple requests to withdraw because my mind kept changing its mind on how much to actually withdraw and how much I wanted to keep playing with, eventually I withdrew most of the balance after a while)

Hoping to get the attention of @Rollbit Razer and @holydarkness as well because checking back on similar issues, they were able to help others get their withdrawals/review processes expedited. Appreciate it.

Cheers

I have had these long waiting problems before as well when withdrawing SOL (15k), they do also mention that when withdrawing from their SOL wallet (I think they don't hold a lot of solana). Anyways I hope this gets resolved for you OP.

Smiley

Games played normally: Evolution Blackjack (Live and First Person)
