I think that is basically half of the users, people who do not do something bad according to them, because they haven't read the rules, and get banned because they break one of the rules without noticing, so they end up complaining about it.
I understand that they may think they did nothing wrong, because it is not as clear as pointing a gun at someone, but they need to read the rules a lot more clearly before they gamble, so that they would know if they did something wrong or not. I have seen people who had multiple accounts who got banned and honestly didn't know that was wrong, that's funny to me because I read all the rules any casino I play in presents to make sure I never break any of them.
That is unfortunately very true, there are too many people who do not understand the dire situation they could be in if they do not read all of the rules, they should be a lot more careful about it, not because everyone does something "bad", but because they did something against the rules.
Not all rules are like "do not steal from us" clear, some of them are a bit more ambiguous and you should be focusing on something that is a bit more tough, and I believe that we should be reading and understanding for sure. In any case, if the support helps the people and find a way to repay what is not damaged, that would be a good way to get some love from customers for sure.
