If you do suspect your mobile phone is really that compromised or you arent that confident on using it because you do have the feeling that it isnt safe then you could always able to restore it out
into its factory settings or delete it everything but make it sure that you have saved or exported out those 2fa app or something which it is really just that right on doing so.

The screen resolution could be used by some sites to bring up pop ups in awkward positions (and make the option to cancel so small), where one can easily click to accept some random suggestion mistakenly as they would by clicking with their fingers.
