It's not the first time we have seen these type of people who can't handle their loss and start blaming casino for their own mistakes but you see in the end they gain nothing out of it as @Hhampuz already cleared it above as this is one of those fake accusations.
It's because many gamblers can't accept that they lost significant amount in gambling and then they will accuse the casino (in general) that they got scam. This is the problem if you risk the money that you can't afford to lose, it's really hard to accept the bad result specially if you're expecting the opposite.

Anyhow, if the accusation has basis and legit, there should be concrete evidence to back up the claim in order to address the issue.

it's shame that there are players who are unable to face the reality of loss in gambling and blame the casino for the loss they experience and I've seen gamblers like this too but in another thread, but this will not affect the rollbit because any false accusation will not have solid proof, and it won't produce anything

That's what I also believed and with all this going was saying that team should shut them up with all their false claims against reputed and legit casino just because they loose funds.I know there are many like them on whom we should not give any importance at all.They should be familiar with all the T&C of caisno they are gambling upon.

Some of them aware about what is written on T&C since for sure they are aware that there are house rules on each casino. But abusers doesn't care about that since they always try to exploit thing since they want to earn huge money for what they do and when they are busted they came here and convince people that they are victim of the casino while the fact is they are doing anomaly that's why there account either restricted or their bets cancelled.

Disinformation, gas-lighting, and FUD can be found EVERYWHERE, and from the casino's position, sometimes they can't defend themselves from the hard decisions they need to make to stop the cheating, the exploiting and especially the multi-accounting.

There is a casino here with a very red trust rating, and there was a user here who wasn't defending the casino, but merely said that he had 10 Bitcoins withdrawn, and this user was given a negative trust rating. The user is confirmed by some people in the community to be a real whale in another casino.

With any casino, there’s always going to be users who have different experiences or different feelings regarding a casino which is fine as everyone is entitled to their own views/opinions and should be able to choose what site they play on without any grievance from other users. It only becomes an issue when any negative feelings are used to cause/attempt to cause harm to the casino itself without any proof to back their claims up.

Without speaking on any specific cases, I see rollbit recently replied to an accusation made against them, and so hopefully anything else gets cleared up.


I do feel though that for the most part a lot of the feedback here and in other sources eg:twitter/rollbit discord is positive and the sites growth speaks for itself in the sense of looking at the hot wallets unique ethereum accounts depositing/withdrawing from the site as well as the growth in users wagering via the daily races.


The point is we should also look at some situations from the casino's viewpoint. The owners are running a business, why would they scam their own users if their reputation will be destroyed? I'm not defending any casino, but we should also be responsible in our actions because we might be destroying the reputation of a good business within the forum.

The other point, it's very easy to make a brand new account and accuse the casino. Why hide behind a brand new account to make scam accusations? Why is the accuser hiding? This might open a Pandora's Box for scamming. Or it might happening, and we are unaware.

Nothing new and its been pretty common or these people does really exist where they are really making false accusations without even having those solid evidences and trying out to convince the community

but we know that community isnt that dumb to believe easily unless if solid proof been shown out but since its been clarified that these are just abusers then people would really be just simply ignoring them.
Rollbit had been operating for long and did established their reputation and known for generous bonuses and perks which they cant just mess it up with some issues which arent even real.

Unfortunately, Rollbit has been unresponsive pretty much ever since, which is why I terminated the cooperation a while ago - cannot work with "partners" that are unresponsive for many different reasons, most importantly, player issues. I have said it and will keep doing so: When an operator appears to act "unprofessionally" towards business partners, that usually goes to show a lot about how players will be treated in case of issues/problems.

@M1cha3lM indeed they have responded there, and till the community reaches a verdict let’s avoid posting views here and post in that thread only so all can follow about it in one place. Furthermore @Hhampuz campaign work involves only paying the participants and not mange the payment of the user’s on the site, hence I don’t think it’s right to drag him into this.
