I also face same issue over Rollbit sometimes as it takes long to load and many times challenges section keeps on loading but there is no problem of ISP or network connection but usually it takes 10-15 seconds to load on my browser.But not so big issue because it load always and i am fit with it.Try to open the site on both pc and mobile phone and find out if there is same delay or not.

Since all other casinos work properly, the problem is with your internet connection. Many times some websites become slow down from the internet server to avoid unusual traffic. It will be good if you let your ISP provider know about your problem, so they can fix it.

For Stake yes it gives sometimes Error pop-up message, but I don't have to clear cookies every time, I just simply reload the page and everything is fine. Clearing cookies every time is a cause of getting signout from every platform.

Chrome's performance has been shit in the past few weeks. It literally made me switch to Edge for better browsing experience. Even Firefox is better, at least based on my experience.
