the device i use is a pc and only a pc and its a new one to.
he never login from my pc cuz i didnt even seen him for a few month..
and about the ip he never login from my ip to but i might login ones or twice from my parents house which he was playing from there so thats what might be the issue i need razer here to check it all out..


and the tip i got was random from some diamond dude in chat that tip to a lot of people not just me so no issue there bro .
and i proved them i am not the same person by providing my id and driver license.. + live camera g..

Any chance your brother used the same wifi network or even device to access his Rollbit account, just like you did?
If he did, then they (Rollbit) believe that you are the same person. Most casinos prohibit multi-accounting, especially if one account was banned. Good luck convincing that he was your brother and you are you.

I also have a feeling that "tip" might have caused you some trouble. Again, maybe they think the tip sender and the receiver are the same person. We don't know for sure. Only you and Rollbit technical staff know better.

you said it yourself, they banned you because according to them you have been previously(or at least the IP you use) banned from their gambling site before. but whether they are telling the truth or not, I don't know, I am just saying that they told you the reason for your ban.

You got tipping from someone and did not bet, just want to withdraw shortly after that. It is weird enough to trigger investigation on your account.

I feel strange that if you and the sender of tip knew each other, it is safer and better for the sender to send it directly to your Bitcoin address, not to your Rollbit account.

i got scammed for 500$ and my account banned plz help here whats happend..


What happened:: long story short i got tipped 500 from someone . went to the withdraw page try to withdraw and my account got locked and banned..
after this  they said they will open my account to kyc.
i did kyc as they ask and they said i was banned before there so they banned me again. now i never was banned before there i think one of my famliy member was but i am not in touch with him anymore..
my id and everything i provided to them was never in rollbit and i never got banned or anything. also i did played there and did a few depo and lost them all. but the secend i try to do my first cashout i get banned and the 500 gone from the balance and their support said nothing to add here and ignore me and they dont reply no more.. i just want to be able to play on rollbit and get my money back i never did nothing wrong!.

the 500 was a tip from a buddy people can tip each other on rollbit.. so he did and i try to cash and well got banned and money gone funny i did kyc as they ask and still banned

The review, investigation takes time and if it is an escalated process, it will take more time to handle it carefully without mistake. The user can wait for an official response from the team later and I believe when the team release their conclusion and answer to the user, it will be a final one.

They have good business and reputation so they will not want to make mistake to harm their reputation and business.

I agree with you. Waiting for the response, and in the mean time, let's stay calm. If the case is on the user, he will receive money when the review is finished. Creating many complains wont' help anything because the root is at the account and bets, not complains.

I understand Rollbit is reviewing your account related to sports bets.  This seems pretty standard - many gambling sites will look closer at accounts with a lot of action on sports.  No need to stress too much and  if you've done nothing sketchy, it should get cleared up.  Rollbit has a good reputation overall, so I'd expect them to be fair and reasonable here. 

Just hang tight for now.  The review may take some time, but if your conscience is clean it'll probably work out fine in the end.  Try to be patient - getting worked up over it wont help move things along.  Hopefully you'll get an update from them soon.

As they have already told you, it is just a matter of waiting why they did that to you, they do not do it for the sake of doing it, it must be that they saw something that is not appropriate, perhaps there is something that does not add up, as they have told you, if you used a VPN or if you used a proxy, something that may have broken the rules and that maybe you didn't know sometimes things like this happen, but in what I have seen from Rollbit they are not Cheaters nor are they People Who do things like that the customers just to make them bother, I could attest to this casino, they are very careful, sometimes we just think we enter a place like this and do something that is not allowed and well we didn't know it, maybe sometimes the Casinos have rules that are very Delicate or something, or you simply didn't read the Tos and that particular rule could have been violated, because things really are like that in the casino.

Well this is one of the reasons I like betting on reputable casino that have been recognize like Rollbit, because I believe I don't cheat and won't cheat any casino so any delay of my funds will definitely be from their own end.

That's weird. Betting consistently on lower level leagues is usually what is considered fishy by gambling sites which is why I am surprised to hear that they froze your funds even though you stuck to popular leagues.

I guess they are doing investigation with your bets on sports, I think it is not something new because many other sites do the same thing for a special case especially if it is all related to sports bets.

I dont understand why they will treat their customers like crap.. All ive done is bet on sports, and won a few thousand. You can wait for their update because Rollbit has their reputation and business to protect. They told you to wait means they will give you answer later. This answer is general from their customer support staff who will have to wait for investigation on your account from a responsible team like Compliance team.

You can also make a scam accusation anytime you want but a scam accusation can be valid or invalid. If it is invalid, the time you make it is not matter.

I tried to withdraw yesterday. I just get the error: This feature is temporarily disabled for your account... Support tells me to wait, with no other information.. I dont understand why casinos will do this kind of stuff.. How long before i can post a scam accusation?
