Long story short there is a good amount of people who just end up broke after a while as well.

According to the Blog and this source either, it looks true. It's a special badge only. Vibranium must require Wager at least $1,000,000,000 , it's the higher level. And I don't find which Rollit boss required higher than that.
Each level has a step, Bronze Levels 1-5, Silver Levels 1-5, and etc until Diamond level 1-4, Blood Diamond and Top-level is Vibranium.
