The challenge shouldn't be accepted in the first place if the challenge creator doesn't have enough balance to reward the winner of his challenge. So I guess he has the balance. Otherwise, if rollbit allows it, even the creator doesn't have enough balance for the reward, it's kinda bad since anyone can just fake the rewards. But I see, they don't allow it.

Lets say you want to create a challenge with $100 prize, so you must have that amount on your balance.
Once you created the challenge, the amount will be deducted from your balance means that the prize is guaranteed.

Afaik this user is an official user from Rollbit (can be one of rollbit's admin or owners).

Exactly the challenges can only be created when you have the balance in your Rollbit account and it will be diverted to the wallet of the person who has achieved completed that challenge.This is set that the players don't abuse this feature and creating misleading and unworthy challenges just to promote their refferal code.There are many official challenges by the Razer which is Rollbit official name.

They might add XRP apart from trading to the other crypto deposit options soon also as if they can add it on trading then providing the deposit options in XRP might be feasible for them.But yes if the majority of people demand it then they can include it on Rollbit along with other coins.

Have you checked the challenges lately? There are 2 new challenges with $1,000 reward each and min bet is only 0.1 and 0.2. The one with 0.1 min bet, we need to hunt for 5,000x and the one with 0.2, we need to hunt for 2,000x. I'm not familiar with the chosen slot for the challenges but I think it is worth to try.
