Hello dear Rollbit.

May I ask why got so many Scam Accusations against you?

In the Scam Accusations topic only on the first page you got 3 I can only guess, but it's many more, other pages, and people that don't sign up on this forum.

Have you had a chance to look into any of those accusations? I just did a quick check. In one case, the accuser eventually got their money back, but they never returned to the forum to confirm or dispute it. In the second case, it's about a user who was blocked after withdrawing $68k, supposedly through arbitrages and market manipulation on Rollbit crypto exchange. As for the third case involving live blackjack, it's still a bit murky, and I don't see enough evidence to definitively conclude that the casino cheated the player.

This is really worrying. Please don't scam your customers.

What led you to that conclusion? You didn't point to any particular case; you simply brought up three accusations you observed without verifying their validity. In the online casino industry, it's rare to find a casino with a long history that hasn't faced complaints from unhappy players. Many of these complaints turn out to be baseless.

And before you jump to any conclusions, no, I don't work for the casino and have no incentive to defend them, even though I wear their signature. I'm just sharing my honest perspective without any prejudice.

my scam accusations are legit and i assume there is no coincidence that others are also claiming rollbit scammed them. i just made sports bets and thats it. they are accusing me of multi accounting and not telling me which other accs.

rollbit is holding my winnings and even my deposits and not answering in chat. it is 3 months i cannot withdraw and just being completely ignored.

I'd like to add that the second user was already explained that they utilize [and by utilize, I mean questionably taking huge advantage of] a feature to 1,000x leverage of one of their "trading" game, already made a huge profit of it from very small deposit [$99.55 v. 67,009.05], and when asked further about why he delibetely abusing their trading feature, he went defensive and start calling anyone questioning him as staff or Rollbit.

Hi, I replied you on your accusation thread for this matter. This one is on me. Razer replied me soonest after I hit him a PM and was ready to take it to GamingCuracao, but I was looking for other means to resolve the dispute and then forgot to update you.

Hello guys im posting here regarding the rollbit casino locking my 7000$ deposit money.I opened the account normally and they asked for verification which i did and they just locked up my account without any info.I really hope someone can clear this up since i haven't played, thats just the deposit. All im asking is getting my money back. Thanks in advance.

Hold on a moment while I shoot a PM informing Razer about this, lest your post got drowned by discussion on this thread and went unnoticed.

Maybe it's just frozen/locked for the time being considering what you deposit is somewhat huge for a single transaction. You can read there AML policy here: https://rollbit.com/aml and I think it has explained to you on the email if how was your account was frozen. Just keep contacting them.
New users always know that forums are a great place to find help and attract attention even though we always ignore new users without complete information and cases. currently, every deposit of $2000 or more will require KYC this is a standard rule that applies to almost all casinos so there is no other way he has to go through KYC + 1x wagering before requesting a withdrawal both are ways to anticipate money laundering practices in casinos.
Probably he never read the terms and conditions before he deposited that amount and that explains why it's been frozen. I think if he did this will never lead to this problem but I think he'll get that once Rollbit finish the whole investigation process.

What I can say is that Rollbit is not that type of casino that withholds money from players to make them look bad or steal it, it is not their style, if they have withheld it, it will be for something, you have to see what things you like The player failed or did something wrong and that's why they have withheld the money, I don't know very well, but things should always calm down, things can have a lot of flaws, and I'm sure that if you write to the support they will give you in detail the opr what , this casino has a very good reputation, I know your frustration is normal, because if they hold you back that $7k is enough for any player to be wrong, I hope that this rpobelma is fixed and you can withdraw your winnings.

Hello,
I’d like to bring to @Rollbitcom and @Rollbit Razer this thread: Hello,
I’d actually like to attract the attention of @duelbits to the following post: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/i-have-solved-the-problem-of-complexity-in-provably-fair-games-5464581

I am a user of Rollbit and see the provably fair system has more or less the same principles as on Stake, except that unfortunately they don’t give the server seed hash before placing the bet, like for example on X-Roulette, which is nonsense from a provably fair standpoint. Sorry to say this but I like Rollbit and am actually owner of many Rollbots and sports Rollbots.

Anyhow please contact me so that we can collaborate!

I understand some of your point but not completly, about the fact that they give the seed to you after the bet placing and not before, what its the problem with that, i know in basi logic you want to know before, but also if it was after the seed have to check the fact that still probability fair.

Sorry if im not so clear.
Actually giving the hash after the bet is made and calling it “provably fair” is actually laughable. It doesn’t make any sense and only targets some fools who don’t understand how provably fair games work.

They might be verifying your details so just be patient and they can ask for more documentation as per their policy due to amount bigger then $5k in one transaction so don't blame them for it and if you have any concerns ask the support and tell us the update on it.

The amount of time they would have to spend anytime someone would make a fake case and they would have to respond would have been insane. I think it is smarter to ignore most of them so that you would continue to do a better job in the end.
The team can easily identify which is genuine case and who is trying to put fake allegations against them without any proof and they are legit in the business so won't cheat you for hundred dollars as they are running successfully with millions of bets so they ignore such fake cases to avoid wasting time as well.
I think the community also knows which are fake and genuine accusations, usually fake accusations they just write the storyline in the thread later without providing screenshots even the account after making the thread is no longer active, usually newbie accounts are like that to discredit a certain casino because there must be business competition dirty ways that other casinos take to bring down big casinos in such hilarious ways.

It's better to ignore them instead of wasting time responding to people who make false accusations, therefore I'm not too interested in discussing the threads of accusations because most of them also have indeed violated casino rules and the casino has frozen their money because of their mistake, lots of cases like that, but if the casino knows it's a problem and the allegations are genuine they will definitely explain in detail to rectify and maintain reputation.

The issues posted by some legit players are been solve so there's no question for other why theirs cannot, since if they just go directly to the support then show a proof or anything to validate their case then provably their issue will get fix. But we can't expect to have immediate response since they also need to verify and we should exercise to extend some patience since for sure the issue will get solve since they have reputation to protect.
The team don't respond too much in fake cases also because they deal with lot of them that are baseless without any proof or if they have cleared the matter and still accusations stand against them but in real cases immediate actions are also there and solved by the team.

I get that there are situations where you would be able to make some situations change one way or another, but I think it should be important to make it work in a way that it could bring in some profit for them if they are going to spend some time on it. In this case, if there is a real one then they would respond because it is required and helps their brand, but if there is a fake one they  could ignore and we would see the fake ourselves anyway, so they would not get hurt in reputation.

I think it is much better if you could somehow work it out one way or another. This means that contacting customer support is the best way to do it because they will be getting the ticket in their system that way and can't close it until it is solved, and that's what they will aim at doing, so you will get help.
The team can respond towards it but think he might be just putting false allegations against them judging from the trust ratings but yeah the last information and decisions depend on the team and I doubt they would do anything wrong unless some users abuse the terms.
I think their job should be to shoot down any type of fake allegations against them as well. If someone comes here and talks about them like they are doing something wrong, rollbit has to come up and say that they are not doing anything wrong and they are doing the right thing at the end.

I believe that is the most important thing and we should not be really caring about it at all when someone just comes in and complains, we should be only to care about it when there is a proof of it. Unless someone comes with a proof that they have been wronged, then I am not going to believe them. Some people just come here and talk, I can write anything I want as well, I can say I am actually Joe Biden, would you believe me? We need either proof, or no need to believe.
Every online forum is like a battlefield for image, and when false accusations come up, companies should act quickly to protect themselves.  Even though I agree that accusations without proof are useless, the same can be said about businesses. If Rollbit or any other online gambling site says they're honest, where's THEIR proof? A lot can be gained by being open about processes, licenses, and audits. Not everyone who complains on a website has the means to back up what they say. What if it was up to the companies to show their legitimacy in a way that a skeptic could trust?

The gamblers playing on the site are the ones who can say if the casino is trustworthy or not. Because it's futile even the particular site is claiming they're honest if the majority of their gambler's had a negative experience playing on their site. Well, there's no perfect casino but it's a different matter if one really intended to just scam their players.

Anyway, the representative already answered the complaints against them and also willing to cooperate to any third party (or escalate the matter to their licensor) so they can provide proofs that the accusation is false.

The important matter there is the casino representative is cooperative when there's issue surfacing around and so far they are really good in that area that's the reason why those past accusation has been buried out since this has been taken care by their management.
Also I doubt they have plan to ruin their reputation since their success and business profitability is more heavier to believe than those some fake accusation posted by new created accounts.
