Since Bob wagered more than 5BTC, he is on level 4 when he makes the bet. So the house edge for the bet is 0.94 %

So the math is 50 * (100 - 0.94) / 1 = 4953 mBTC directly. (I did intend to confuse you with profit and payout xD)
