Rules
Only one entry per person. Not daily!
Winners should claim their prize within 1 week after the Draw. To claim the prize, talk to me ("Mod Loyce") on Rollin Chatter Box. You can also confirm your entry by Chat before the Draw. This is to prevent people from entering their addy with the name of a random high roller. If the entry is not confirmed one week after the Draw, I can use the next nonce on the same block to pick the next winner.
Anybody who has been blacklisted for any other giveaway (including HiLoGames) will be rejected here. Just don't cheat
Users with Red Trust on DT2 are not allowed to join.
A maximum of 1 prize per person per day (if two or more tickets win, you get the highest of the prizes).
No posts should be edited without telling me to check them again.

In case of dispute, it will be settled in a manner as fair as possible to all the parties concerned. As in all decisions, it may seem to favor one party more than the other to one or the other, and a perfect solution is more often not available than otherwise.
We reserve the right to change this giveaway at any moment, and to exclude people from the giveaway if we feel we need to do so.
Draw
Winners will be picked on several dates. Once entered, your numbers are included in all Draws.
Entries that are not in the spreadsheet yet when the "Draw-Block" is mined, are not included. This means that if you join several hours before any Draw, you're likely not included in that Draw. I want to avoid a "what if.." discussion.
Draw methodology
1. I take a Block hash from a certain Bitcoin block. I will of course announce which block to use before the Draw*. I realize this is not perfectly random, but it is totally unpredictable, which is random enough for me.
I want a system that can easily be verified by anybody.
2. I create a md5sum of the hash. I do this command line, if you save the hash to a file you can do it online. For multiple prizes I'll use a nonce (add a growing number (1,2,3,4,...) to the block hash), and start with the highest prize. This way, if one person wins more than one prize on the same day, he'll only get the first price (as explained in the Rules), and I'll use the next nonce to pick the next winning number.
3. From the resulting md5sum, I use only the numbers. I take the first 8, divide it by the number of tickets, and the remainder of this equation will be the winning number. If the remainder is zero ("0"), the last ticket (AKA "the number of tickets") wins.
Wolfram Alpha can be used to easily calculate the remainder.
