We know that there are really those gamblers who are really that giving importance about their identity.Who doesnt want on being anonymous? but we know that regulations and restrictions becomes more tighter as of these platforms or businesses are really that prone on being regulated which means that rules and terms could really changed up suddenly.

Yes, using up fake information might really solve out problems or make you play directly but we know that there's always a chance on winning big which means potential
verification might really be asked out and on the time you had make use of that KYC then it would be a total disaster for you.
That is why it's such a risky thing and should be avoided as much as possible. I know that it is not going to be easy to give your KYC right away, because like you said there are a lot of people who would like to keep being anonymous, but if they do that then they are going to get busted when they win something and the risk doesn't worth the reward.

On the other hand if you really want to, you could just avoid KYC asking places for a while, because some of them do not ask it right away, only ask when needed, and if not needed, then you won't be giving it. No matter what you do, just don't give false information because that is not a good idea at all.
We do still have lots of options that we could choose from since not only Roobet casino on where we could play.If you arent that confident or comfortable even on their level 1 KYC then you could always opt

to go into other place and tend to look for something who doesnt ask out.It is really just that there are people who do really loves on staying on the site and being loyal despite of these changes.

Making use of false information is really not really that recommended. You would be putting yourself into trouble whether later or sooner. No one really knows
specially when you do hit up big.

This is why we need to read up the TOS and understand what is written so that we got an idea on how they implement it on their casino. Or maybe at least try to have some screenshot of it if we are spending a lot of money so that we have proof to use if they break their own rules if something strange happen happen.

Everybody keeps saying that but be honest, who will ever read the full TOS and FAQ in detail? Lol good luck catching a casino break one of their own rules, there is no way to prove that and they always get them self covered. Sometimes there are complaints that are legitimate and any serious site will always find a solution for that. It may need some time and sometimes a scam accusation on this forum is necessary but they will make it right.

So, the customers have the upper hand since if they are unsatisfied with any platform's Terms of Service, in the first place, they can freely choose other platforms. That should also be applicable to any casino you are prejudiced.
You are missing the point. Some crypto gambling sites don't specifically state in the TOS how they can twist some of the terms to their own benefit. This is how they use the TOS as a shield to justify their stance.

Majority of the gamblers don't even bother reading the TOS before signing up which is why it's sad to see some sites take advantage of the TOS in such an unfair manner.

The truth is that, we can, or rather might never arrive at a stage where every person signing up on a casino would first, consider it important to go through the ToS, many people are so lazy to read, and then also, casinos do not help matter at all, they make it worst by some of them, having this long ToS that is literally not easy to understand, even when the gambler decides to create the time to read it.
But then also, this is not me discouraging gamblers from reading the casinos ToS before signing up, but me also appealing to casinos to try to write their ToS in such a way they it would be appealing for users to want to read it.

Level 1 KYC in Roobet isnt really actually something that you would need to be bothered specially if you are a small time gambler. You could always make use of false information (which it isnt recommended)
for whales or big wagerers since we do know on what are the risk when you do make use of false information on which you would really be having a huge problem on times of verification or somewhat
correlated to this.
As you've said it is not recommended and I won't advice anyone to use false information even they're not whale gamblers. There are Roobet promotions that needs to be level 2 verified, hence if you plan to join how can you do that if you submit a false information for level 1? Not just that, because even we're average gamblers there's a chance for us to win huge if we got lucky so chances are we might face a further verification. Much better to refrain from playing if you don't want to give your real info and look for other casinos who doesn't require their gamblers to undergo kyc verification, we always have a choice.

There is nothing wrong since they have the rights.
You do realise that several new and popular crypto gambling sites take advantage of these rights in order to try and delay/negate player winnings, don't you? They use the TOS as cover for their dirty tactics.

Yet, they justify the casino requests since they have personally obliged the ToS. So does, if they are also not condoning it.
And this is exactly why some crypto sites take advantage of the TOS as I mentioned above. Think!

Here is the thing, people should not even bother about it in the first place if they truly comprehend the ToS. I don't know which casinos you are talking about, the point is each casinos have its own decision and terms in regard how to operate their own business.

Let's take a practical example. What any party and a company obliged to follow is what has been affirmed e.g. ToS, TnC, Privacy Policy, or any policies. Suppose Roobet in this case, if the party are having a dispute they should have known better that they can take a complaint about their problems. Roobet's ToS has some explanation about it(see Dispute Resolution). On another hand, what Roobet can do if the party are not cooperating is to simply do what has been agreed(see Violation of Terms of Service on ToS.)

So, the customers have the upper hand since if they are unsatisfied with any platform's Terms of Service, in the first place, they can freely choose other platforms. That should also be applicable to any casino you are prejudiced.

I am always against the use of false information during registration most especially the the information is verifiable information such as the name and email address,  so for sure it will be better to come clean when filling in information because you may not know when it will be requested for in other to verify your account at whatever r the point.
-At least t t level 1 kYC does not require intense verification it could be just email or phone verification in some cases, aside from that I am sure Roobet will not request for level 2 kyc verification unless there is a security threat from the activities of the player.

Roobet is one of the trusted site and i never trust these newbies trolling against good sites.

If he was not comfortable with KYC, he should have read the terms and conditions and not played at roobet.com on the first place. There is no way to blame Roobet who have a clear policy of KYC and it is only the fault of him who deposited without reading the terms.
Many newbie accounts spread trolling because they don't know the rules of the terms and conditions, they have neglected the main things to know before engaging in Roobet casino, many gambler accounts have completed kyc without any problems even they have high balance in the casino, but why so many newbie accounts problem with KYC, even though they can complete KYC requests in less than 5 minutes and they can already enjoy gambling without any problems.

Avoid lyin to KYC! I'd neva risk my future verification as a shrewd gamblerr. Especially when so many tempting Roobet deals require greaterr verification. "I'm a small-time gambler, what's the harm in fudgin a few details?" I'll tell ya, it's best to be honest and follow the rules. You dont want difficulties that could delay your gamblin' ambitions. It's a hassle, but it ensures a fair and safe gamblin' experience for everyone. Who knows—we could win big! So, we shud be prepared for any additonal verification. I won a jackpot at an online casino using a phony name, and they called for verification. When I confess my white lie, I was red-faced! Lesson learned: alwayz tell them the truth.

Level 1 KYC in Roobet

What is Level 1 KYC in Roobet? Verifying email or mobile phone ? That is nothing. That is the kind of verification people should not be afraid of.

Many gamblers are afraid of the word verification, abandon casino and head to forums making angry posts, while they were only asked to verify the email there were registered from. Casinos never ask for verification only because they want to. Gambler has to do specific actions to trigger security algorithm to ask for attention. Dont make logins from different devices, IP, locations. Dont do deposits and instant withdrawals (even though gambler has rights to do that). Dont act suspicious and casinos wont suddenly ask for verification.
KYC Level 1 at Roobet is only required to fill in data such as name and address without having to upload any documents based on my experience, but maybe it's different I don't know, but if players are gamblers who are going to use big money at roobet it is hoped that they don't fill in the wrong data because usually casinos have restrictions on withdrawals when a player will withdraw funds it is likely that he will be required to upload documents and that can be problematic if the data previously filled out is incorrect

Yes, and the Curacao laws demand to check the identity of customers if the amount involved exceeds 1,500 Euro.

This also applies in case of deposits and losses.

But they can not collect KYC data against the will of a customer if not covered by the general Curacao laws!

If I deposit 25 USD and win 75 USD there is neither a fraudulent activity nor a financial criminal activity.
KYC can be applied by many reasons. It is not restricted for case when exceeding 1,500 Euro.

Honestly did you read Roobet's ToS or FAQ especially points about KYC?

You can read Termination point in Terms and conditions of Roobet. I believe they detected something suspicious and probably fraudulent activities against their site.
That is the point of KYC, it is to make sure that nothing is wrong, you could get no KYC at all, or any KYC even if you do a 50 bucks withdrawal, because it may look fishy and if it does then they will stop you and ask for more information. That is basically a way of them saying things do not look in order and you need to have a better explanation than "I got lucky" because something is wrong.

I had to deal with all of that back in the day, seen plenty of people who tried shady stuff and got caught and had to stop them, and among them of course where innocent people sometimes and casinos just paid them and apologized for keeping them waiting for their own money.

Why do we always complicate things? You registered a Roobet account, were able to deposit, and won some petty cash in the end. Why can't you just complete the KYC process to be able to withdraw your money, move on, and never play on the website again, especially if you think it violates your privacy?

Don't get me wrong, though. I understand your frustration about leaving some trails on the internet, but you should also be aware that once you go through a crypto casino site, they have the right to ask you for some information, whether you like it or not Cry -- everyone knows that.
I think he's just a troll who spreads a lot of accusations where, including several other casinos, there is no evidence that can be accused so it won't be revealed, about the KYC problem even though he knows and is aware that he is OP playing with a centralized casino so the rules must be followed, unless playing in a decentralized casino I think ignoring people like this will help
His trust rating speaks for this one, if KYC is an issue he should not play with Roobet in the first place.
Ignorance for the rules is not an exemption, he must be aware of this.

Its normal to site to ask for a KYC if there’s something suspicious but with Roobet, its mandatory so if you are going to play with them you must be ready to gave out your information. Some site are still KYC free, if OP really wants to gamble without giving any information then choose that option.
