But Roobet has been hosting a monthly art contest here on Bitcointalk and if I'm not mistaken they have been doing this for more than three years.

I mean you can do it yourself, it is not "that" hard, it all just about wanting it. I am not saying that you can start today and end up winning next month, it may take some time but it has been going on for a long time, it's been years right? That means if you started when this started then you could have reached a point where you are a decent level designer at least, and could have drawn something that makes sense.

You've been dominating the competition previously so for sure you'll able to easily keep up if you have time. Even if I am in your situation creating art is time-consuming and you'll still need to go to work. But I do advise that if you can have 1 hour of your day to create the artwork which you will probably complete it in a couple of days this is better than doing nothing. Only do it when you have spare time after work since most of us are exhausted after work.

The art contest runs for almost 3 yrs now if I’m not mistaken and seriously I’ve learned a lot from this and pushes me to learn more and be more creative, I’m joining since then but didn’t win that much, I only won this year and that’s the beginning of my winning story. Many participants improved a lot and you can see that through time, I’m one of those art participant who already tried several category just to get a win.

I mean it's really not that good to have your only thing to win neither, but the money is too nice so people would prefer that. On one side you have getting money but being the only one and that means you didn't really beat anyone to get that money, so that part should not be a nice feeling, it would be a lot better if you beat others to get that money, but you also at least get some money, on the other side you get to compete against others and if you beat them then you are doing great but at that chance there is a possibility you are not getting the money for it if you lose.

This means that some people may prefer the money, some people may prefer to compete, it's not going to be the same thing for every person out there.

You have your golden days back then Mate, as you are winning back to back in categories that you are participating actually each event conducted almost monthly , I kept looking for your name in the top of winners 
but now that you seems to be busy in your day job, at least you can still participate and trying your best to be a top winner.
and I must admit that those members that continue joining are now getting better and better and yes , those are the one turns winning these past events .

Trying out to compare into those early years of this art competition on which there are still those participants who are really that sitting on the top to be the best artist and there are still to those participants who do keep
on joining the competition despite of having not being chosen but you could see the progress and the improvement of their work or art on which it is really just signifying that they are really that dedicative
on making theirselves more better and now creating some good looking art basing up on the criteria. I do remember i have joined up and submitted an entry
but in the end i havent been chosen and that what makes me that disappointed or frustrated on which i did end up on not to join on future contest and thinking

I was really enthusiastic to see this, something that not only did the participants become the best of the best, but they also developed a lot in making a work. When differences between arts of some best artists are slim, the manager will give different artists chance to win a first award. It can also come from different air and sentiment for each contest. Some artists will fit best with like Halloween, Christmas but some will fit more with like summer holidays. They do have own different favorite color themes and styles to use in their arts too.

If I am a manager, I would turn around best artists as winners in different contests. It gives contest races more exciting and also forces artists to make better arts.
