A new user obviously get shocked by facing this sort of weird things, on Roobet right now it's asked $6.38 transaction fees for just $10 withdrawal. Anyway, I did never perform such fees most of time stick between $0.40-$0.45 that is entirely sensible for me.

It is different case because the the image you share here contains of big win from the 3rd party providers while the case above is related to the in house original game (crash). As mentioned above and as usually applied on most other casinos, they have their own max profit per bet on their original games but it does not apply to the games from 3rd party providers because the max profit on the 3rd party games is set by the providers imo. I have to agree that it is not about bugs, it is very possible to have such huge multiplier on crash game but no players will be able to win more than what is allowed by roobet. Yes this is true. @Danslip and @Harkorede have indeed won such high multipliers and besides that they are regular players for the crash game on Roobet.
