There are two cool down months February to March before we are witnessing some hype from Ordinals again but they will not stay forever. Bitcoin stays forever, not Ordinals and when they disappear, mempools will be better.

They are back not not aggressively like months ago and you can wait for weekends to get better mempools and fee rates if you really need to move your bitcoins. If you don't hurry, wait for a while, cheaper fee rates will be available.

It's a problem that exists and needs to be solved. I am checking mempool.space and see that 10 sat/vB (0.93$) is the highest fee at the moment and it's the fee that will include my transaction in the next block. Why should I pay 10$ to withdraw my Bitcoins if the recommended highest transaction fee is just one dollar? Centralized exchanges are totally insane too. I'm' checking Binance right now and withdrawal fees for Bitcoin are 10$ but to withdraw BTC SegWit, you have to pay 40$.
I think no casino should create money from transactions. It's not necessary to make withdrawal completely free but at least let users pay exactly what casino pays to process transactions. 10x is a lot.

I am not making a withdrawal but if that's true and 3 hours ago they were asking for 1.92$, then that's very good because fees were between 17-28 satoshi. I can't check it myself right now because I am not registered on Roobet.

At first they should see what are those things they are looking for a casino nor if they are looking those casino which have less fees and if they are complaining towards what is long time implemented then they should better get out then better find another that fits their taste. The question if they can spot a casino which have low fee the question is are they reputable enough to allow our withdrawal request especially those huge withdrawal request? If the user confused with Roobet and withdrawal fee, it's very possibly to be confused with centralized exchanges too.

Issues described in your post are existing on all centralized exchanges and people have to find basic information on centralized exchanges or gambling sites like taker, maker fees, withdrawal fees before funding account and use it for trading or betting.

Withdrawal fees usually will be from service fee like wallet maintenance, security and on-chain transaction fees that are different with different blockchains.

With small fund, the user must choose altcoin blockchains with cheaper transaction fee.

There seems to be a mistake here, because when I checked directly on the Roobet website $10 is the minimum withdrawal not the withdrawal fee so if you have less than $10 of course you can't make a withdrawal and I don't really understand whether the withdrawal fee will be taken from the minimum withdrawal or you must have $10 + withdrawal fee to be able to make a withdrawal.
