wallet can not sync, no block source available... 11 weeks behind, don't know why, help pls.

You can either add them in debug by entering addnode *.*.*.* <------ This is where node IP address goes --------> add
i.e. addnode node.rupayacoin.org add
The best way would be to edit your rupaya.conf found in X:/Users/YOURUSERNAME/AppData/Roaming/Rupaya/

I downloaded the wallet for windows desktop to check it out but it is not syncing. Shall I make a rupayacoin.conf file and add nodes? If so please explain what I should do. Thank you.

If we are using the RUPX ticker then its pretty much resolved from our side !
