I must have security by text message of the phone. If you store btc on the bittrex or polo trading platform you need to verify the papers you have. In addition the google authen security is also an idea. Remember to keep the secret characters in case your dt is damaged: D

What is the safest way to keep bitcoins.

Taken dangers like hacking, losing in to account!
The safest to store our bitcoins is in offline wallets. Offline wallets are the safest wallet but I prefer most the online wallets because it is easy to use than offline wallets.

Trezor is the best way to hold your bitcoins for years. Never use a third party software, with trezor as the only negative point in that is can be hacked through them. Just keep your computer clean or better to keep offline for this purpose. Depends on how much you are storing in an address.
Any technology has a tendency to break down. Even if you are using to store their coins offline laptop there is always a chance that it will not turn on. Recently we have seen the virus Petya. It seems to me that this virus is aimed at the offline bitcoin wallets.

There's many way to earn bitcoin. But for me the safest way to earn bitcoin is to join in the signature campaign. In this campaign. You'll just need post about the topic or discussion in the forum, you just like talked to other people give your opinion about the topic its no risk unlike the trading mining and gambling etc. So for me its the safest way to earn bitcoin.

What is the safest way to keep bitcoins.
In my opionion  putting a 2FA  is one of the safest way to keep your account secured use password with ramdom numbers and letters. And keep uour private key in a safe place.

Hope this helps Smiley

activating 2FA is another solution to make sure our account secured but don't forget to keep safe the code. the other way is you can safe your bitcoin in one computer which not connected with internet and only you will know the place for safe the bitcoin. if you want to save in your android phone, i think its better that you buy one new cellular phone, install the wallet, send your bitcoin to that wallet and don't use the phone for your daily activity. i think it will safe for you and you only use if you want to sell your bitcoin only.

Safe your bitcoin in hardware wallet with full sync client,  it is the best wallet that we can get. And more thing that really important,  never lost your key. Always write your key in the note.

Yes a hardware wallet is the most safe and secured wallet.
Try ledger nano or trezor, this is great for storing huge amount of coins.
You hold your private keys here and it's an offline so it's safe from being hacked.
Don't ever store your coins in exchanges.

safest way? theres a lot of safest way dude, first don't trust anyone/anybody that involve in bitcoin, because we all don't know when your bitcoin grew and that somebody who knows that you have much bitcoin are the one who can stole/hack your account, I hope not. second, secure/hide your (seed) private key that can fully control your bitcoin wallet in the safest place you've ever knew and don't let someone knew it. third don't use only one wallets, I mean use multiple wallets where you store equally your bitcoin to avoid loosing all your bitcoin at once.

saving bitcoin with importance is a very important thing ,,, unlike other money stored in a bank, bitcoin gives us the opportunity to save and control the money we have.

which stores and controls our money is our own ,, can be done with bitcoin keys and then we save it on a piece of paper or in store that key in computer ... or there are many other ways that can guarantee the security of our money in bitcoin ,,,

I used to use offline paper wallets but I’d rather use a hardware device to hold my Bitcoin. I was thinking about holding some on Blockchain wallet as well.Additionally,
Store your paper backup in a different physical location than the offline computer. Make sure it's safe.

safe way would be transferring them to a hardware wallet or offline wallet that dont connect to internet because hackers , virus and malwares are only accquired online. only if you have much bitcoin balance in your wallet but i think its ok to store it online if your not doing any business like trading, investing  or holding for a long time.

i save in local wallet, its safety because there is number phone and email to confirmif you withdraw make difficult to hacking and phising..you can choose local wallet to if you don't believe in hardward wallet or online wallet like me Smiley

You mean local exchange? It may be safe because it's registered to your government but it is still not exempted if hacking incident will happen or an intruder gets to their private keys.

I have saved some into local exchange wallets but not too much and most of my bitcoins now are kept with desktop wallet.

I'm pretty confident with this type of keeping for my bitcoins.
It’s more secure if you keep your bitcoins in desktop wallet. It can only access via your private computer with of course your security keys stored in your PC. However, desktop wallet has still chances that it will be hack if your computer gets infected with virus.

Yes desktop wallet is secure and safe if you will store your bitcoins there. I tried it and read a lot of good reviews from using desktop wallets as it will give your private keys / seed.

It will not be infected with virus if you'll not click any malicious content or download any software. Just don't update any software on your desktop or laptop as you'll be connected to the internet.

Right now, I have a laptop and that's my big wallet.
