After 4 months its time to resurrect this sales thread. There are 11 copies still for

Regarding the three "Missing / Lost in transit / Stolen" orders, a few weeks ago I received
confirmation from our postal service that they are unrecoverable because they were
untraceable.
I had previously opened a query for each order, I had kept the receipts and was able to give
all the details of date and location of post and the weights.

There's definitely some remarkable talent in our ranks - I certainly hope that the two artists I've lined up to contribute to the shared book live up to the works of others.

I have been sporadically colouring my copy and have been meaning to post up the 4th page
I completed.
Also everyone who has bought a book has been sent a few BCB stickers, these are limited
to 100 and all remaining sales will have some stickers included. I will update the OP later.

does this mean you finally got all the missing packages back?
No Mopar, not yet.
I have reserved #47 as the replacement for the Hodlonaut book won by Owlcatz and I have
reserved 2 copies for ZipReg as replacements. All book orders outside those have been
resolved. there are also prints which may have to be replaced too!

Just an update on the missing orders.

it's difficult to locate them obviously
It looks like from this thread that I am not bothering on doing anything but I have been
trying to get info on them.
With my last call to the postal service they advised me to fill out an online form which until now was alien to me
and report the issues for each one which I am entitled to do, so I have done that.
** The issue is that all packages to the U.S have to have a customs declaration sticker
on them but it is something that is done at the post office by the staff there and I wasn't
aware that such a sticker was needed.
I AM GOING TO LOCK THE THREAD UNTIL I GET A FINAL RESULT FROM THE MISSING PACKAGES.
YOU CAN STILL PM ME.

What happens for those of us who have paid but never received our order?
Anyone who hasn't received their order can:
a. - get a full refund
b. - get another order delivered FOC from the numbers remaining.
Apologies that it has come to this!
if anyone wants a re-order they are welcome to subsidise the postage cost with whatever they want $2 / $5 - but there is absolutely no obligation to do so
