I can't remember when the last time I watch a TV, but that is one noting input from your side regarding the user experience. In another hand, to let users buy and keep NFT within their so-called smart TV, I wonder how the security aspect will look like. Not to mention they are aggregating across multiple marketplaces which it will increase the amount of, let's say user money on that. I guess there's might be a chance a scammer might try to deceive specifically on that, but that only concur if the device gains a userbase, so let's see.
for now, we don't know what possible bottlenecks they will be encountering here. but security is very important and they need to secure that it will not be infiltrated by scammers. somebody can imitate their gadget and make their own NFTs, so they need to publish all their authentic NFTs in order to identify which one is fake or not.
NFT market is indeed expanding and now popular companies are starting to get their hands on NFT market. expect there will be more of them in the coming days.
Taking a few examples of Opensea, it seems like they will go into a centralized way since I believe their action concur with it. Feezing stolen assets and removing fake NFTs seems like an easy solution rather than somehow trying to find a solution to its root problem. So, I believe Samsung will also go that way.
