Hmm...I believe he's always amongst us, trying not to reveal but at the same time to continue developing the coin. Maybe for satoshi, it's better this way so that he could avoid all the attention.

I don't think he will ever reveal his true identity, but he might post some updates to Bitcoin sometime if he's been working on something. They would be merged with the old Bitcoin code in no time if we knew they came from Satoshi.

I will come back, but you need to send 1000 BTC to my address to pay for therapy because Satoshi is one of my multiple personalities and we am rarely unable to unlock our Satoshi knowledge for more than a few seconds every week or so.

I think he's one of a kind person that can't never be tracked down.

If I was Satoshi I would never want my identity revealed... He must hold so many Bitcoins that people would threaten him/his family for some of them.

Family? What if he didn't have any family at all?
If he doesn't have any family (unlikely) then there's still a threat to himself. People will do a lot for money.

What if Hal Finney was part of the Satoshi persona.  Who were the people he was close with both on and offline around 2008 - 2009?

If I was Satoshi, I will think before I made this cryptocurreny (BTCitcoin). I will think what could happen to me & my family.
Maybe, Satoshi is in a dilemma when his first time have a idea to make BTCitcoin

The creator of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto will still stay being anonymous until the day when he fell like "I need to get out there and be brave!"

Yes the name he gave was Satoshi Nakamoto but hey my name is billybob roger see it is not always as it seems when someone wants/needs to stay anonymous they will do whatever they need to stay that way. I have read threw his posts and he is most definitely from the UK from the way he talks and writes. It is not a case of being brave coming back it is a case of him probably having family and a life outside this and he does not need the added pressure this would surly create. Hope he stays away and lives his life the way he wants, not because he is scared but because that is the way he wants to live.

What of he wasn't from the UK and just wanna be more anonymous?

are we going to see you again ? maybe other project ?  Undecided
He's probably still around under a different nickname. He posted once on his p2pfoundation profile to say that he wasn't Dorian Nakamoto. He is around, he just doesn't like the attention.

oh, come on. that wasn't him. he didn't even sign a message

Not necessarily. If Satoshi can't use those Bitcoins in any way, at the least he'd want credit for creating Bitcoin. Satoshi already revealed himself, it's just people don't want to accept it. And he's not Dorian or Nick Szabo.

Source?

If you don't believe me or don't get it, I don't have time to try to convince you, sorry.

and what about it? what's that conversation have to do with who he is?
enlighten me, genius.
