Quote
I am no longer involved in that and I cannot discuss it

Journalists make up quotes to suit their own agenda. She can write whatever she likes about a doorstep conversation because there's no way for the other person to refute what was said.

I don't know guys.. what possible question could have produced a response like that?

I see a lot of embarrassing confirmation biases on BT today.

"I am no longer involved in that and I cannot discuss it. It's been turned over to other people. They are in charge of it now. I no longer have any connection."

This quote may very well be out of context. Reporters sometimes like to take Answer #2 and staple it to Question #1

this.

They are very adept at applying answers in the context that suits there interests.

How can you say don't blame the reporter for doxxing him?

Whether its the real Satoshi or not it is unethical to include photos of this guys house and involve his kids. I hope it is him simply because Satoshi can afford to move and protect himself, if it isn't him then I feel so sorry for the shit storm thats about to land on this guys doorstep. Oh, all while he's recovering from a stroke and prostate cancer...

first off, the guy lived in plain sight. with his name intact.

gavin and satoshi's family helped out him - possibly inadvertently.

and, if the freelance reporter who who found him didn't - someone else would have eventually.

he admitted "I am no longer involved in that and I cannot discuss it. It's been turned over to other people. They are in charge of it now. I no longer have any connection."

it's not like he tried hard to hide.

i can't help to think that he may actually have wanted to be found -

just not this soon.
