i think the circle is pretty much dead, i mostly play the dice nowadays.

if as some claim, and it looks to be, it's the same owners of all three of these satoshisites has the same owner, the poor support may have to do with Satoshi Slot recently been integrated with satoshidice, and that the staff has been busy to do that.
it easily becomes a little annoying when people who have a good site and not taking care it, it could go so much better with this side of the admins were spending a bit of time on it.

The support staff is also no where to be seen on the SD thread and users reported their emails not getting a reply after a week.
