They have a lousy support. I mailed them twice a month ago, and never got a reply. I even wonder whether they have anything called support.

Just don't bother playing there since then. PD, JD, etc. got lower edge and are better than that at almost everything.

I haven't played there but try to contact their support again, and explain them really nicely what trouble you're having, I am pretty sure it is a misunderstanding, or communication gap and they're not trying to rip you for this much small amount.

I have never played SD with a multisig address, so I am not sure if it is a problem to SD.

I wrote Satoshi dices ripoff operation on Jan 25th to inquirer on never having anything processed for this blockchain transaction of a measly .035 BTC. They never responded??
