He gave me the link, I checked everything there. There is simply no record of any withdrawal (as opposed to clear blockchain record for the deposit), and with the recent bug in syncing balance, I thought it was true. And his explanation of what happened makes sense (that is if I didn't have the withdrawal tx)
There is no blockchain connection to the withdrawal either. It is virtually impossible for me or anyone to verify (except their staff of course), and I of course thought he would be saying the truth since the Support staff could easily check that. So, I posted here.

He could have got hacked, which is also a possibility, though I am assuming he didn't from the timings.

Every other thing that got reported here is 100% true.

This was also the case for the $15. But with this deposit, he couldn't confirm whether the balance was updated or not since the account was in his home PC and he was abroad and couldn't find the secret url.

I had asked him to wait and make sure, and today he confirmed it.

Bad support is kinda abandoning ship.. if they really would want to keep it up and make some good profits their support should be alot faster..Their way of business atm is only losing current and potential players.

Not literally right. Some top sites have a bad support as well but that doesnt mean that they are abandoning the ship ( you must be aware of which one Im talking about ).
Having a bad support only means that you dont know how to run the site properly which might resulted in the loss of a few player but then for a site that has such big "reputation" and is on top of the google search for the SEO then you can expect there will be always playing coming in and out to play despite of all this lousy support

If you had already emailed their support, also PM both of them with the txid of the deposit and the deposit address you deposited into. And if you had created a custom username or remember it add that too.
They have not been active for some days here.

Only the syncing balance issue has been fixed yet, since it was widespread and fixed many. All others issues esp. those requiring individual attention haven't been taken care of. Even after they promised to check the thread everyday from now on. Seriously incompetitive. Sad

That said, they haven't jumped the ship or anything. They will continue operating, only as usual the support just sucks.

Edit: None of your money is lost. You will probably take some time to get it back, give it a month or something, but it can be recovered.
If you have proof of deposit in blockchain, that is solid proof.
Move on. But keep checking back.
