I haven't tried to recover my account on a dice site, but I would assume they will need some sort of proofs to make sure you are really the owner, so I think you should include the proofs in the email as well to hopefully speed up the process.

The only deposit made was via a promotion here (I wanted to try it out first), but after i tried logging on the second time I couldn't. They told me to PM here (SatoshiDICE_PR) for recovery but i have already sent a mail to support as well. Still no reply from any side. It's getting ridiculous, waiting for more than a month and having 0 replies while they keep ignoring me.
I am also waiting for the support to help me out but no luck yet. It's been something like 2 months and still they haven't helped me out. Support of a site should show more interest in doing their job. Can you please look into it? Thanks.
