Yes it was around $11-$12 million or so. And its pretty funny that they spent all that money and can't hire someone and pay him mininum wage to maintain the support and service for the site.

Yes when it sold it was actually pretty bullish news for Bitcoin overall. The original sale was over 100,000 BTC or so however at that time, BTC wasn't worth $700 or so, but I think it sold for over $10,000,000 or so. I am guessing their yearly revenue must of been at least in the $3-5 millions if it sold at that price.
