Your initiative is good, but I wanted to compare here about something that's not on this forum and is at your site.
It's the ads. There are so many on the header part as well as I needed to scroll down a bit to see the content of your forum. That's not good and should be changed if you want high quality people at your forum, because when this forum used to display ads here, they were never annoying and always a specific amount of small horizontal space only was available to display them.

Regarding the link policy, we offer a very flexible policy, the user is free to announce his Project and his reference link, however an account cannot create many threads based on it, the system will consider it Spam and it will be deleted the duplicate theme.
On the subject of moderation, we are adjusting the permissions so that everything is like this forum and that is why we are also calling moderators for the perfect moderation by the Staff.

First of all welcome to the forum OP. My only doubt is that why did you go with this domain name? I mean there are pretty good domain names already available, but you still went with the one, which ended their career with bad reputation. Also why will people go to a newly launched forum when they have an OG forum, made and administered by the founders and early investors of Bitcoins. To discuss about gambling and Gambling sites and casinos, we have 3 subforums here in the forum. So to be honest, hardly any people will show interest to visit your forum.
