The dark background seems to be itching my eyes and I don't think it's a friendly background color for all. Well, you still need a lot of work to do to make your forum known and the activity needs to be done at a daily basis if you have to. You're aware of making the activity very much active through sorts of promotions and if you can do that, I think that you'll be able to attract some users that are into it. It's the usual thing that some other forums have done to gain numbers.
Well these are just suggestions based on wanting them to have enough traffic, which is not bad at all, I have a motto, the sites that do good advertising and marketing, the money they spend that at the same time is paid only with the amount of income that they will give you, obviously one as a user of the forum recommends that they have a signature campaign, employing users is a guarantee that the site has the best visibility to the best casino players in the world who for me are here in bitcointalk, another thing is that Be very careful with promotions, sometimes when they are poorly written or the conditions are not appropriate, it becomes a vulnerability that is exploited.

Sorry to say but I think your site will become dead in the future since there's no reason for gamblers to create an account on your site and discuss about particular casino when your site doesn't have any traffic. Actually this forum is the place where many gamblers discuss about particular casino or games, with this forum system everyone will know which casino is scam and which casino is legit. Most of gamblers usually join the casino's social media.

But on this regard, it's hard to do it since the trust and the time of most members don't want to be reverted into the other ones. And that's why even there are other forums that have done it, exchanges and gambling forums, they barely get good results. Well, some may get a couple of members but still, they're coming back in here.

So can you tell us what happened on your first launch I understand that this is a re-launch of your project, what guarantee do we have that you are serious this time, I think you can start by getting yourself a copper account, all admin of projects that has a lower rank should wear a copper for fast and easy communication and take out the limitation from being a lower rank, and be active especially if you're casino is new or in re-launch, I don't know what will be your success rate this time because of your long history of being absent, so prove us wrong that you are serious this time.
It is not a casino but it is a gambling forum where you can register to be a member then read or communicating with other members by post like what you can do in this bitcointalk forum. As far as I can see, their forum is still not that active. I mean not much activities there, they need to have promote the forum if they want to get more traffic as well as they need to have offer something to attract people to join and active in the forum.

Yeah , posting the thread and gone for more than a year now coming back just to say that you are building solid team? year ago you have rebuild this project and now another building is going on?Am not sure if i am going to believe your true intention but best to update this forum first constantly and become more active, because going away for year and then returning shows you are not that interested in this platform and your motive is not that clear.

OP, you need to be more active if you want users to notice this thread and know about the existance of your website.As you can see, most members lost interest in posting in this thread when you became inactive and stopped interacting with them.
I took a look at your websites statistics and it doesn't seem there is much activity there too with a total of only 22 topics and 103 posts!

Maybe Op first start to market his forum and seek for advertisers who's willing to put their ads their since if he will start on paying their users to post maybe the only one he can get are those spammers and not the legitimate forum users since if we talk about pay per post thing many will love to get that offers but they will leave after the program stop. So better accumulate the advertisers and establish before moving to the next phase.

I thought it's a gambling site but turned out to be a forum. OP can change the URL into "forum.url.com" or something along that lines.
Seems that the forum layout was designed by scratch that's why it doesn't seem the same as how the forum looks like. I suggest OP to consider purchasing a forum server host or builder so that only a small tweak is needed. A forum doesn't rely on the design as much simple and minimalistic, the better, but how the sections and pages are organized.

It will not easy to manage a forum based on gambling games because you need to be selective to add one by one of the gambling site you know and you need to validate every gambling site before you add so your members can know which gambling site that can their trust and safe to playing gambling.
