Not sure about Mane and Talisca, but broadly I agree with your point. There is still some uncertainity regarding whether Ronaldo will play for Al Nassr in the next season of the Saudi Professional League. The main purpose of bringing him to Saudi Arabia was to help them with the hosting bid for 2034 FIFA World Cup, which is now complete. If Al Nassr management wants him to stay on for another couple of years, then I guess Ronaldo will be OK with that. But I am not sure whether the management will be ready to spend big bucks this time. 

This season will be Ronaldo last season at Al Nassr, although his contract only has a few months left, but Al Nassr and Ronaldo have not held talks on a contract extension and I think this indicates that he will most likely leave Al Nassr at the end of the season, so indeed Al Nassr needs to find a successor to replace Ronaldo if he leaves later, With Al Nassr current performance, I actually see that Ronaldo is no longer interested in playing at Al Nassr because as a player with a winning mentality so far of course he always hopes and can win the championship trophy with his teams and that he doesn't get at Al Nassr, for now it's too late for Al Nassr to return to the championship path although they might improve their defence except for next season and maybe even then ronaldo is no longer with them.

It isn't like an one-man army or one-man team, Cristiano Ronaldo can be a biggest star player in Al-Nassr but he is very old now and remember that he got chances of scoring goals with support from his teammates. He didn't score more than 80 goals for Al-Nassr because he could play independently and did not need any support, key passes, assists from his teammates.

Mane, Talisca, Brozovic, Ontavio and other players supported Cristiano Ronaldo a lot in Al-Nassr but they need to combine together better in attacks and need more new better defenders, to win big titles. The only ways i think they can fix things is to strengthen their team and ensure not to lose for a long period.

Al Nassr collectively are not getting it right, i mean how can they be miles behind first spot position teams! i don't know if the problem is the the managerial side or from the board or if its from the players themselves. They really need to go back to the drawing board and start fixing these issues because last season they were in a better point position than they are at this stage of the season.
