At the moment, the only unbeaten team in the league is Al Hilal, managed by Jorge Jesus, who have been playing well since the start of the season. Ronaldo's side, on the other hand, have recovered from defeats in the first two weeks to win seven and draw one in their next seven matches and are now in the title race. Al Nassr have struggled defensively in their last six games, conceding goals in their last six matches and needing to score extra goals to win. With star players joining the league, I think the competition will continue until the last weeks.

On the other hand, Al-Ettifaq actually failed to steal points in the away match against Al-Riyadh and Steven Gerrard's troops had to accept a narrow defeat against the hosts. Even though Al-Ettifaq dominated in terms of ball control, they conceded due to a lack of discipline in defense. Even though Al-Ettifaq still have a long time, they failed to equalize or make a comeback in this match and this result means that Al-Ettifaq has to settle for sitting in 7th position in the standings.
Al-Ettifaq seems unable to maintain their ranking in the standings. And slowly Al-ettifaq was pulled to a lower ranking every week. And I think it could be a problem for this team if they can't get back to winning games soon.
After drawing with Al Ahli, Al ettifaq have experienced two defeats which have dropped their position in the current standings. The first lost to Al Fateh 2-1, the second lost again to Al Riyad 1-0. So it is clear that Al ettifaq's ranking in the standings list has decreased quite significantly. The reason is that Al Etifaq has lost 6 points which is very significant for its position in the standings. So like it or not, Al Éttifaq must be able to win the upcoming matches to at least be able to keep up and remain competitive with other clubs ranked in the top 10. However, if you look at Al ettifaq's schedule for the coming week, Al ettifaq will face Al raed. Maybe if you look at the ranking in the standings, I predict Al ettifaq will definitely win. The reason is that Al Raed's current standings could be said to be not good. Apart from that, in the last five matches against Al ettifaq, Al Raed was only able to achieve one win. So with this fact, Al ettifaq must be able to maximize this opportunity well, by winning the match so that he can get more points and improve his ranking in the standings list.

But currently ranked 3 to 6 we can see a very good coincidence. For example, Al-Nassr currently has the same points as Al-Ahli and their number of wins, losses and draws are also the same. And in positions 5 and 6 we can also see that Al-ittihad has the same points as Al-Fateh, namely 20 points. And these two teams also have the same number of wins, draws and losses. Competition at the top looks like it will continue to be fierce. Because the difference in points is still very small. And it looks like this season is much more competitive than last season.

Yes, competition between clubs ranked 1 to 7 will definitely be very fierce. Because once you win or lose, the ranking will immediately shift. Therefore, all clubs ranked 1-7 must continue to maintain good performance in every match. The reason is, the difference in points between clubs ranked 1-7 is not that far apart. So basically there is no definite team that is favored to become champion. Because, the performance in particular of these seven clubs can be said to be almost equal. So it will be very difficult to determine which club is predicted to become champion.

Al-Ahli is again closing in on Al-Nassr in the standings and the two teams currently have the same 22 points. Al-Ahli has just won with a score of 3-1 over its opponent Al-Wehda and in this match Mahrez contributed with 1 goal and 1 assist. However, it was not only Mahrez who shone, but Saint Maximin and Roger Ibanez also contributed the winning goal for Al-Ahli. I think Al-Wehda is not a suitable opponent for Al-Ahli because the depth of the squad is already very different. Towards the end of the match, Al-Wehda actually suffered a loss by losing 1 player due to a red card and I don't think they had to do that because it was clear they would lose in this match.

The close marking between Al Nasr and Al-Ahli is so remarkable, funny how they have both lost two games, draw the same number matches and also won the same number of matches. The only thing that factor that is differentiating them in the table is only goal difference because both teams have played equal match. Only time will tell who will improve and who is going to loss in the next coming round of matches.
However, Al Nasr seems to he on hot performance, the last epic free kick he did used to scored shows they are on fire, if out 5 they win 4 in the last 5 matches, they definitely have a greater chance of winning the coming ones as compare to Al-Ahli.

Al-Ettifaq are struggling, no doubt about that. Since they played their round 6 matches against Abha, the matches they have played and win were through escape velocity, Round 6 with Al-Tai is by luck because the goals where coming from both sides and ended with 4-3, played the next with Al-Ahli and drew. The rest of the two were lost to Al-Fateh and Al-Riyadh, if they don't step up with new strategy, dembele will wear off because he is the one converting most of the chance for the team.

Ronaldo scoring once again, that dude don't know how to stop. I get it, this is Saudi league, and even with all the transfers most teams did, the players he played against just a few million euro level players and not like United times when he played against much tougher opponents, even in most European lower league levels we see players that are better than this teams defense, so I get the people who keep finding this not a huge achievement.

However, I have to say it is still amazing because this dude is 38 years old and he manages to keep scoring almost every game, that is not a simple feat. There are tons of players who retire by the age of 38, look at all the players that got fat by that time already, it is really not a different situation than that, we could have seen Ronaldo stop training, stop playing, and he would have been doing badly by now, even have hard time at exhibition games, but he kept himself in shape and still scoring at 38, that's an amazing achievement.

Falling behind did not mean that Al-Nassr would accept the result easily and they managed to stage a comeback win with a score of 2-1. As hosts, it was natural that Al-Nassr could win, but they had quite a hard time dealing with Damac and had to fall behind by one goal before the end of the first half. Luckily, Al-Nassr often receives violations from opposing players and Al-Nassr's two goals in last night's match all came from free kicks. The two players who brought Al-Nassr to victory were Anderson Talisca and Cristiano Ronaldo. Both of them took beautiful free kicks and brought victory to Al-Nassr.

For Cristiano Ronaldo, he took a free kick that couldn't even make the opposing goalkeeper move an inch and his free kick reminded us of his free kick against Spain several years ago. Cristiano Ronaldo recreated the iconic free kick and the fans cheered as they saw his shot fly towards the goal. This result made Al-Nassr occupy 3rd place in the standings and succeeded in shifting Al-Ahli's position and was only separated by goal difference.
Yes, that's right, Ronaldo created another free kick which was impressive and resulted in a goal and Telisca also had a free kick which was very right on target and I was quite entertained by this match even though my bet lost but I saw Telisca's performance and Ronaldo was very satisfied and this is what I want to see talent kicking a ball that is difficult for the goalkeeper to guess results in a goal.
In fact, several times Ronaldo had the opportunity to score but was still not on target. In fact, the pressure continued to be applied by Ronaldo and Mane, but I admit that Damac FC's defense line is very strong and the goalkeeper is also very good at catching the ball.
Maybe if I counted Ronaldo's total chances if he managed to score at least 4 goals which would almost be a big score but this failure didn't make me disappointed because the satisfaction of Al Nasr's victory and the interesting goal made me feel satisfied.
In terms of squad depth, Al-Nassr should be able to score more than two goals, but even in normal attacks they are always thwarted by the opposing goalkeeper. Luckily, when the deadlock from normal attacks didn't work, Al-Nassr still had smart players to execute free kicks and Talisca and Ronaldo managed to do it all well.

I also feel satisfied with this result and at least Al-Nassr did not achieve a draw or lose because if they get this result it is certain that the positive trend they are maintaining will be broken and also the opportunity to get closer to the top of the standings will experience another setback.

Again and again, Cristiano Ronaldo does not disappoint. Even at the age of 38, he is performing like he is in his prime almost. The chances that he created, throughout the match, were really incredible to see. Nine matches, 11 goals, and five assists. This guy is really incredibly important for this team. And I also like the first goal that was scored by Al Nassr. I don't think anybody expected Cristiano Ronaldo to not take the free kick.

Right now, Al Nassr is in the third place. I am pretty sure that they are going to compete for that title pretty well. Also certain that Ronaldo is going to get a lot more goals in this season.

The funny fact about Cristiano Ronaldo and Saudi Leageu is this player is still motivated even in the League like Saudi Leageu where there are usually older players who come there for rest. But still, Cristiano Ronaldo had a good performance recently and to be honest Al Nasst couldn't have this performance without Cristiano Ronaldo and they could even lose their place in the top side of the table if they had Ronaldo in their team, I think they could even expect his contract regardless of his age.

There is nothing to comment on regarding Ronaldo he is at the highest point with all his achievements and skills even in his old age he still continued to do that, what should we say if at the end of the season Ronaldo wins the top scorer and top assist trophy this is not a joke, this could happen in the history of football Cheesy For competition in the standings we have to wait until the middle of the season usually the team's chances are seen there I mean we can see which team is the most consistent but I guess Al-Hilal will be Al-Nassr's strongest competitor moreover, so far Al-Hilal has never lost.

Honestly, I've read too much and seen too much of his greatness and I don't need to be told how much of a good player he is. The only news I'll love for him is to play alongside with Lionel Messi. They are two great players in the last fifteen years around Europe and they dominated the world.

I don't think that's gonna be possible but I would love to see Ronaldo teaming up with Lionel Messi. Maybe one day he would want to leave to Mls league. The free kick scored was exactly the same way he did against Spain during the last 2018 world cup.

This is when I am sometimes stuck between a rock and a hard place. I look at the player and his achievements but first and foremost the character and then it is hard to imagine that the player could become a great coach. Zidane has always been an authority and someone who understands the game and is charsimatic. I had no doubt he could become successful as a coach. But a different example would be Diego Simeone. When he came to Atletico Madrid, I remembered how he behaved like a player and what character he was, and I couldn't get a picture into my head that would paint him as a good coach. But well, he delivered as a coach. In case of Benzema I don't know, maybe with experience at other clubs and then in 10 years from now he may be doing great as a coach. But I don't think he would be well respect by all players early on in his career.

Why? Benzema has a list of achievements at the player level that most players can only envy. Plus, he will definitely not start with Real Madrid, which means under his leadership there will be players much less authoritative and strong in sports terms than he was. As for the fact that it is impossible to predict who will be a successful coach and who will not, I agree. This is a completely different field and an average player can become a great coach and vice versa.
Speculation regarding Benzema future after retirement is indeed interesting, in the context of how much success he can achieve, but I also know that this is still a long time for us to see and enjoy, because currently he is still actively playing at Al Ittihad. I think all coaches will start their careers in stages, as did benzema when he started his career as a coach. Regarding being respected by players, I think he will also get respect from his players, if he really becomes a coach later.

We have seen his history at club level and the French national team, he is an extraordinary player. It could be that when he is a coach, benzema can be just as good as when he plays, but what is clear for now is that we can just enjoy benzema game at the end of his career. It could be that his choice is not to become a coach, and is more interested in becoming a football commentator on Tv.
It's not all great footballers that ends up as successful football managers and that's why we've seen a lot of former great footballers who decided to switch to coaching after the end of their professional football career but didn't end up successful with their attempts.
Karim Benzema we've seen has  some great leadership qualities especially in his days as Real Madrid captain but that still doesn't mean he'll be a successful manager. If it's his desire to switch to coaching after his football career is ended, I think he'll start with smaller clubs before he can be considered for big managerial positions like managing the Real Madrid first team.

At least, don't accuse or judge without evidence whether Benzema will be respected or not if Benzema become a coach later. After all, basically all players who are successful as players will of course still have authority and will of course be respected by the players. It is not right if you doubt Benzema quality to become a coach, because basically Benzema also has a good character and Benzema not arrogant or not bad character. Therefore, with Benzema having good character, then Benzema certainly has a good chance of becoming an outstanding coach in the future as well.

I didn't want to say this here but I feel, Benzema doesn't take anything seriously in Saudi Arabian Leageu, the time when he was playing for Real Madrid, Benzema had a good performance even during the time when he was getting old but just after Benzema joined the Saudi Leageu he as mostly injured or couldn't have good performance.

The game Al Ahli won agist Al Wehda definitely helped this team to get themselves closer to the top of the table in the Saudi League but the fact about Al Ahli is they are going to have a hard match in the next week against Al Hilal and since Al Hilal doesn't want lose the position in the first place of table I think this can be very hard for Al Ahli to take the full three points from that game and Al Hilal will be the favorite in this match.

Talisca position was at risk when Cristiano Ronaldo joined Al Nassr in middle of past season but they played well together in the last season. This summer, Al Nassr had another good attacking player, Sadio Mane but again Talisca shows that he is an important player with Al Nassr and can play with both Cristiano Ronaldo and Mane.

Talisca and Ronaldo scored two goals (from two free kicks) to help Al Nassr has another win that helps them to move to a third position with 2 points less than Al Hilal. After this week, Saudi Professional League has 6 clubs with only 6 points in biggest difference. Al Hilal still stands at the first position and they are still performing well without Neymar.

~~

Before Ronaldo joined Al Nassr, Talisca was a very important player for Al Nassr. In fact, he was consistently able to score 20 goals in a row in his 2 seasons with Al Nassr. Then, Al Nassr brought Ronaldo to Saudi and automatically Talisca's role now prioritizes serving Ronaldo. This season, Talisca has only scored 6 goals in his 6 matches with Al Nassr. In fact, this player is quite productive and can be relied on. Meanwhile, Ronaldo has scored 11 goals in his 9 matches this season. As for Mane, he also contributed to scoring goals and has scored 6 goals.
Well, looking at this data and statistics, Al Nassr is one of the teams that is productive in terms of scoring goals by collecting 28 goals from 10 matches. Now, this team is in 3rd place in the standings with 22 points. 1 point adrift of Al Taawoun and 4 points from Al Hilal which has 26 points.

Well, it seems that the competition in the future will be even tighter in the race for trophies. So far, Al Nassr has not met to compete against Al Iithad and neither has Al Hilal. However, I am still confident that Al Hilal will remain at the top of the standings for some time even without Neymar, who is injured.

Towards the end of the match, Al-Wehda actually suffered a loss by losing 1 player due to a red card and I don't think they had to do that because it was clear they would lose in this match.

Among the top 5 teams at the moment Al-Hilal takes the top position on the points table the team who are on top with 26 points with 8 wins from 10 matches in this tournament while their nearest rivals Al-Taawoun is get 23 points with 7 wins from 10 matches. The interesting thing here is that Al-Nassr has 22 points after winning 7 matches and Al-Ahli Saudi who are in fourth place with the same points. Last in fifth place is Al-Ittihad whom we thought would be the favorites of this session but their performance does not indicate anything like that. Although the team was champion last season, this time their position is not good. But what you said I would also say that this session will be more competitive than last session. I have weakness for Al-Nassr in particular. I deserve the team will get the position in this session.

Damac was happy in the first half after G.K Nkoudou made a long counter run into Al-Nassr territory and hits a stunning shots that rolled into the goal post of the home team. The Knights of Najd supporters starts throwing blames on the important players that was present and still losing, but they failed to understand that there's good probability of a comeback win. Talisca started everything with a brilliant freekick that level the game but Cristiano Ronaldo doing exactly what he did 5 years back against Spain in Russia 2018 world cup, shooting an exceptional curve ball into his opponents goal post without Moustapha Zeghba making no single attempt to save the ball. All I can say is Al Nassr is on fire this season.
Of course, Damac F.C was happy to score the first goal in that match. Because they are playing against Al Nassr, which in fact is one of the big teams in this league, so they were very happy when took the lead. But in defense Damac F.C is also not too bad, they are quite good there, it's just that Talisca and Ronaldo sharpness in scoring cannot be easy to stop. I often seen Ronaldo doing it, he is a player which can targets that position, it is natural if goalkeeper Damac did not make any effort because the ball was difficult for him to reach.
-snip-
We can see Ronaldo's performance in this season soon after they start playing in the harder matches in the AFC Champions League in which there are stronger teams to face Ronaldo and Al Nassr.
But I think the fact about Ronaldo after 30 years old is he even had better performance than years ago when he was younger.
At LCA Al Nassr leads Group E with 6 points, although in 3 matches Ronaldo has only collected 1 score and 1 assist, but Ronaldo performance will probably be even better later. I believe that.
Maybe it's because of his experience and the team that supports him, so him statistically looks better, but in my opinion Ronaldo performance was better when he was younger. At that time he often did miracles, especially when he played at Real Madrid I really admired him.

This match was quite fierce if you look at it because Damac was able to score 16 shots and 6 were on target. I admit that there was a lot of luck for Al Nassr and that luck was none other than because they had players who were able to execute free kicks into goals. Ronaldo is a versatile player where in this match he showed his skills in free kicks to score goals and it was quite spectacular from what he showed in this match.

For Damac, they don't have attackers who are good enough to score goals because many of the opportunities they have can't be converted into goals. I think Al Nassr has a stronger and more experienced squad depth so they were able to end this match with a win thanks to the two goals they scored via free kicks.
Fair enough the availability of star players like Cristiano Ronaldo in AI Nassr was a big make for them in the season and this has shown that indeed the Saudi Arabian clubs did not waste their money when they spent so much to attract European clubs sides in the last transfer market,  the result of that investment is the high exposure and performances that are put up in the league this season.

Seeing clubs like AI Nassr who have a hard history of poor performance in the league previously are now beginning to come up with good football performances and also building a good foundation that will lead them to a more successful future in the league side.
and this effort is because there is involvement in increasing the popularity of SPL football by bringing in star players from europe or talented players from europe and now the SPL has become a big part of football in the world with the presence of several star players and all this is because of Ronaldo who continues to looking amazing at Al Nassr. on the one hand, currently Al Nassr performance has greatly improved after the presence of Sadio Mane and Ronaldo who have added strength to continue trying to get first place in the SPL standings.

and it seems that in the long term teams from the SPL, not only Al Nassr, will continue to bring in talented players or coaches from europe to improve the quality of football in saudi arabia.

Well if that happens then I will really wait for his work when he becomes a coach, whether when he becomes a coach will gain the same success as when he was a player or not. Indeed, many players aspire to become coaches when they retire, and I think that's good because they can learn early from experienced coaches about applying strategies in matches, or the smallest things that I'm sure each coach has a different coaching style.
Now if he wants to be a coach, then he should start learning from now on, so that when he really jumps in as a coach he can quickly and carefully apply his strategy.

I also can't say whether he'll be a great coach or not, as many factors will determine this. Now there are many players who are great and when they become coaches they are also great, there are players who are great but when they become coaches they fail, and so on.
I don't know what Benzema will be able to do as a coach, because at the moment I honestly don't see his leadership potential. But that could all change with his process and his first experience as a coach.
I wouldn't expect too much from him at the start, because he's bound to be a bit nervous.

Damac really gave a very tight resistance to Al Nassr, but Al Nassr was lucky enough in this match because they could secure 3 points. Al Nassr could barely create a chance on the gamplay ball, they could only create a goal that all the process from set pieces. If I may say, Damac actually deserved points in this match, it's just that they were not that lucky to at least draw Al Nassr who played at their own headquarters.

Yes, the investment they have made has finally had quite a good impact on their performance in the league this season because Al Nassr was able to enter the top 3 and has the opportunity to continue to disturb the teams above them. Ronaldo, Sadio mane and Talisca were able to work together on the front lines by contributing to continuing to score goals and securing victory in the matches they played.

Al nassr brought in some good players in strengthening their strength in this season and now they are seeing better results from every game they play. Ronaldo is a player who is quite influential in the results they get because he is able to make the atmosphere of the game more impressive with his enthusiasm in encouraging other players to work harder.
