Al Hilal and AL Ahli game was the one to watch this week and that sentence alone makes me chuckle. Think about just a year or two ago that people would say did you see the game between ittihad and ahli" or something like that, it wouldn't even be coming to anyone's mind. They really figured out that it would be smart to put some money into these clubs and make them play as much with stars as they can afford to. Nowadays everyone is talking about their games and that is very important.

I think it should be quite important to make sure that people end up with something that could be cool to watch and these are all the names that we already know. Sure they are no longer on their primes but at least they have a place to go instead of retiring.

I personally believe Barcelona will try to contact the Saudi clubs for Lewandowski. Barcelona is definitely not going to choose MLS over Saudi because they are not going to get the money that the Saudi clubs can offer from any club in MLS. MLS will probably be able to offer a good deal for Levandowski. But not for Barcelona. But Saudi clubs can offer almost anything. And of course, the Saudi league is more entertaining compared to the MLS as you said. So probably Robert Lewandowski would also like to go to the Saudi league instead of MLS.

Haha that's not a safe negotiation in the transfer window, I mean if Barcelona makes an offer then the player's price will be lower than expected but if a club from the Saudi League makes an offer then Barcelona can determine the price  Cheesy After all, there is no point in talking about Lewandowski this season because he will remain a mainstay player in the Barcelona team. We can guess when the right  time  for him to move, one sign is that Barcelona must have prepared or brought in a replacement I mean they won't take the risk of letting Lewandowski move while not finding a replacement.
Lewandowski will definitely leave Barcelona but not in the near future, going to the SPL or MLS is still full of speculation. What is clear is that Lewandowski is still under contract with Barcelona until June 2026, although the opportunity to move is wide open, but that will only happen when the transfer window opens again. Previously we did not expect that Ronaldo would make a surprising decision regarding his move to the SPL, as well as the possibility that could happen with Lewandowski, however, the process must first reach an agreement between the player and the club.

I think SPL clubs are only interested in big name players, that is in line with their current goal, namely increasing the popularity and image of the SPL. So money is not a big problem for them, if they are interested in Lewandowski, Barca can determine the price and they will be happy to pay it.

Moreover, Barça will gladly take the money given their financial situation, but whether it will suit the player himself. The only thing that is clear is that the final choice is up to him, where he wants to move to, maybe he will be offered to play for a European team at all, or he has principles and will not go to play for money. Nothing is clear yet, Robert himself has never commented on a move to the SPL

Lewandowsky will have known where he will be playing for in two seasons from now, because he is still a valuable player at Barca and although I know he is a bit older and slower than his days at Bayern, a move to the Arab league may still be very much in the nearest months from now.
Probably the MLS might come under his consideration following in Messi's path because he is a striker and still has much value now when good strikers are needed.
He's coming to the end of his career and I believe he'll definitely get a offer from  a Saudi side, when he decides to leave Barcelona or his contract expires, i also believe Barcelona would begin to find a better replacement for him, due to his a and sluggishness, they'll need a youthful striker that's stronger and fast and would last in the team for a long term, and I believe Barcelona would gladly accept an offer from the Saudi's if Lewandowski accepts to move over there.

The Saudi Pro league is more better and entertaining than the MLS currently and i they pay better than  what he'll be offered at the MLS therefore I think he'll consider moving to the the SPL where he'll connect with more European players.

There are many of news about Lewandowski for the next season because he is getting old and he surely needs to make the decision for the next season, Lewandowski had good performances so far in Barcelona he is the first and most important forward for Xavi and his team but I think Lewandowski can choose to play in another team and end his career there, since many player joined the Saudi League, I won't be surprised to see this player playing there. Lewandowski also had offers for that during the summer.

From the reports I've read so far, I'll be very surprised not to see Robert Lewandowski join a Saudi Arabian club next summer. The Barcelona striker to me his due to leave European football after winning every possible trophy in the continent.
Currently, Lewandowski is isn't giving his best again like he was doing in his days at Bayern Munich so it'll be a good decision for the Polish striker to join Saudi League where he will be earning reasonable amount of money as a veteran striker

The reason for Lewandowski to not leaving Barcelona in the last summer was mostly because Lewandowski thought he could still have good performance in the top European teams and I think he was right because Lewandowski had a good performance for far in Barcelona in the recent games we saw from him. Also, maybe for Lewandowski earning more money was not the first priority because we know this player likes to play for Barcelona.
But still, Lewandowski got the opportunity to leave Barcelona during the next summer to the Saudi teams.

I wouldn't rule out any scenario for now as the clubs from the Saudi Professional League are not only willing to pay high salaries, but also high transfer fees to the clubs, which sometimes makes it attractive to get rid of players who are quite old, very expensive on the club's payroll and still could generate a nice transfer fee despite being on a decline in performance. All of this could come true for Lewandowski and if Barcelona has a huge offer on their table and they are financially at risk and want to hire younger talent to build the future, what do you think will the Barcelona bosses think? I believe it is possible unless Lewandowski says no categorically. But if the amount of money is high enough he might also play in Saudi Arabia very soon.

Yes, it's all because of money but not everything and we also don't know the truth because all we know at the moment is that European players Neymar, Ronaldo etc. they moved to Saudi Arabia when they were old and also the offer from Saudi Arabia was very big so the players who wanting to spend his career before retiring in Saudi Arabia is probably the best choice because one side of the Saudi pro league is almost part of the biggest league and there is nothing wrong with European players who want to join in Saudi Arabia to spend the rest of their career and get a bigger salary and There is a possibility that more European players will go to Saudi Arabian clubs.

I agree with you. Spending his career in Saudi Arabia and earning almost the same salary as young European players today, it really was the best choice. It's not all about money. But if you can earn more money at the end of a footballer's life, why not. I think this is a very realistic thing. I also really enjoy the SPL since many European players play there.
With this you state that European players who come to the Saudi Pro League attract a lot of fans to always watch the matches of all Saudi Pro League clubs and this is one of the strategies used by clubs in Saudi Arabia to attract fans to grow the Saudi Pro League. this league.
If Saudi Arabia has become one of the biggest leagues in the world, there will definitely be many European players or from other leagues who will always accept offers from Saudi Arabian clubs because it is very natural that when a player is given a big offer to enter the biggest league, they will immediately accept it and it is quite impressive indeed when There are already many fans of European players who have become fans of several clubs in Saudi Arabia and have made Saudi football even bigger.

But still, the main factor is about money, because if they don't get big money, that they won't play in the Saudi Pro League, right. So clearly, whatever the reason whether it is about old age and or other reasons, but the main factor for star players playing in the Saudi Pro League is because of money, and that's for sure. Because after all, there is also news and or info about those who returned to play for their initial club in the past before retiring, and it was purely about dedication and high loyalty and not about money for example like Marcelo who returned to play at Fluminense this moment before actually retiring.

We've passed Week 9 in the Arab League and there have been changes in the standings, in the top 4 in particular. Ittihad got their second defeat in week 9 and that result cost them their place as at the same time Al Nassr got 1 point as they also got a draw. But that was enough to make Al Nassr shift the position occupied by Ittihad before, yes even though it was only different in goal productivity.
Apart from all that, I was a little surprised by what Al Nassr achieved this week because they could only draw against a club that was actually not strong and fairly weak.
Football, you play with our feelings so much! Ittihad is still hurting from their second loss, while Al Nassr is sauntering into their spot, even though they only tied a game against a team that looked like an easy win. I get it. We were all expecting to win against a "weaker" team like Abha, but it ended in a tie. But isn't that what makes the sport so great? When what everyone thinks is the underdog scores a goal despite the odds being against them. It really warms my heart. Yes, the tables turned in a way that no one saw coming, but isn't that what keeps us all hooked to our screens every week?

Well, yes it makes the sport so great, but it also shows that Ronaldo is no magician because I precisely recall how everyone thought that Ronaldo only will turn Al-Nassr into the reigning champion for however long he will play for them, but this doesn't hold true.

I wonder what happens when the day comes that his contract with Al-Nassr is about to expire. Thinking about it is already interesting because somehow I feel he can't call it quits. There are many things you can accuse him of, but his passion certainly was always at 100% and more. It would almost be an awkward moment to see him giving a press conference saying goodbye.

Yeah I don't mind that, obviously that's what makes this sport interesting is when the unexpected happens. A club that is different in terms of strength does not necessarily win the match, because before the long whistle sounds the end of the match all possibilities can still occur, we can see from Al Nassr's match this week which was only able to win 1 point. I'm sure most people predict Al Nassr will win and I'm also sure many people are betting on Al Nassr's victory. But that's football, things didn't go as expected. I'm also sure many people were disappointed and lost their money betting on them.

The first thing that is of interest is the salary offer with very large amount even far from the average offer from European teams so it is natural that many players are interested in playing for the Saudi team one of which is Neymar with Al Hilal.
But it is very likely that there is also another goal as you have stated namely to make the SPL part of the world biggest league.
Yes, of course the way Saudi Arabia is spending on football that is not ordinary investment. They are trying to introduce something new to the world around football. In particular, they have taken such an initiative to make their league known as one of the biggest leagues in the entire world. I don't think it would have been possible without spending more money. Famous players from Europe are now more interested in playing in the Saudi league. If Saudis include good players in their league then the league will become one of the dominated leagues. Though everything is not possible with money. They could not add Messi in the team by offering huge money and many others did not agree even after receiving offers. But one thing must always be said that getting Ronaldo in the Saudi league was a big achievement for which the league has easily caught everyone's attention.
next season there will probably be far more European players coming to Saudi. there is a big mission to build Saudi football. and they really invested big. just like Ronaldo, who was not only brought in to play at Al Nassr. but he got other conditions from the Saudi government.
I think bringing in Ronaldo has been quite successful in getting the attention of the world public. and next season there may be even more surprises in the SPL.
The Saudi League has been able to fight first, they needed a player like Cristiano Ronaldo to introduce their league to the world court which they easily got. If any player other than Cristiano Ronaldo had come to Saudi Arabia, maybe this club would not have been known so much, but since CR7, it is natural for the A League to be known.
More and more European stars have come to Saudi Arabia from each season to the next. The highest number of European stars who were once the best players in Europe have come to Saudi Arabia this season.
It wouldn't be surprising to see more European stars in Saudi Arabia next season. The quality of the Saudi league will increase in the next season, so many European stars will definitely choose Saudi Arabia to choose a good quality club with money.

~snip~
Regardless of the financial packages that comes with the Saudi Arabia League, it's currently one of the best leagues in the world at the moment as the quality of the league has significantly improved since they started signing European based players. So if a player of Neymar Jnr's status decides to play for a Saudi club, it doesn't mean that his decision is mainly affected by money.
Al Hilal is one of the best clubs in the Saudi Pro League and hopefully Neymar is gonna help them win more trophies in his time at the club.
It is true that the massive recruitment of top European players has had very good impact on the development of the SPL so far there are more and more fans for the SPL from all over the world.
Saudi prowess in strategizing to develop their football has been successful even though they have to spend huge amounts of money.
I think in the next few seasons maybe the SPL can compete with the big European leagues.

Even though he can play well after the injury he experienced it still seems difficult for Neymar to be able to move more actively.
Maybe in one season or next season Neymar will be able to play better and can make big contribution to Al Hilal getting victory after victory.

The first thing that is of interest is the salary offer with very large amount even far from the average offer from European teams so it is natural that many players are interested in playing for the Saudi team one of which is Neymar with Al Hilal.

But one thing must always be said that getting Ronaldo in the Saudi league was a big achievement for which the league has easily caught everyone's attention.
They dare to spend such huge amounts of money on the other hand not only to invest and develop Saudi football but also because of the fun and they are happy to be able to do all this even with extraordinary achievements.
Yes and all this is thanks to European players who want to join and enliven Saudi football but what really stands out is Ronaldo performance and he was the starting point for many players leaving to play in the SPL.

As football is a player's profession, we cannot say it is wrong if he tries to earn money from football. No matter where a player plays, he has to show good football skills and then try to earn money. Seeing that Neymar went to Saudi Arabia, we are wrong to think that he is greedy for money, if his performance was bad, Al Hilal would never have taken him to the team with such a large amount of money. Whether Neymar is in Saudi Arabia or in Europe, he will try his best to help the team win. Not only Neymar but all footballers who play for a club have a responsibility to show maximum performance for the club. As a Neymar fan, that is what I hope for Neymar to perform at his best wherever he is.
very correct answer. you said about the fact that football players also think about money and of course also his career as a football player will continue to try as hard as he has to contribute according to his very large salary. so that the same benefits as european star players who come to Saudi Arabia are given large salary facilities, but these players can make a good contribution. even if currently only Ronaldo, Benzema and Mane look very shining, Neymar will also soon appear to match the performance of european star players other.

btw, the upcoming match Al Nassr seems to get another chance to add to its points for the home match against Damac FC. has anyone predicted this upcoming match? but still Al Nassr is the bookies favorite.

Basically, football players who come from Europe don't care about their age to be able to join this league and as long as these players have a very big influence or become role models for other players then it is clear that the Saudi league team will be very happy to welcome them. Earning more money in one Saudi League season is the same as spending around 5 to 10 career seasons in a European team and more or less that is the fact. Now European players who are over 30 years old are more willing to be offered any number of seasons as long as the salary remains high, so of course they will not refuse because they are already full enough with experience in Europe.

I think the huge amount of money Saudi Arabian clubs are spending to sign European based players is beneficial to both the players and the Saudi League and that's why they're doing it regardless of the criticisms they're getting from some quarters.
Most of the European based players that has been signed to Saudi League so far are in their 30s and wouldn't get the same amount of financial packages they're getting in Saudi clubs if they had continued to play in Europe. Also the players have already made names for themselves as far as football is concerned so their presence in the Saudi League is giving the league more of global recognition and audience.

That's why, the initial target for Saudi clubs is players aged 30+. I think this scenario has been adjusted by PIF, a company that has acquired several big clubs. However, regarding the arrival of players, it all depends on the wishes of each respective club. which means, both Al Nassr, Al Hilal, Al Ittihad, Al-Ahli have full control to bring in the players they want. but as I said above, their target is top players aged 30+. why, there are various factors and scenarios, players aged 30+ tend to have a transfer value that is not too expensive. in fact, they can bring it in for free. So, their only points after that are only on the salary of each player.

Apart from that, bringing in top players who have names will bring positive hype to their league despite some critics. However, with this scenario, this league is becoming better known in the eyes of football fans in the world and that has been proven. If not, how could there be criticism from some circles? and the plus point for players who play in this competition, they get fantastic salaries. So, both clubs and players benefit. After all, the money spent to bring in players with expensive salaries comes from the PIF company and it all comes from money from the Saudi Kingdom. and overall, I agree with what you said.
